7 күн бұрынThe Tesla Cybertruck is all-new for 2024. It is the first pickup from Tesla, representing the culmination of Elon Musk's vision from 2019. The unique wedge shape makes it stand out from the crowd, as well as some unique qualities like its all-steel silver body. The Cybertruck is an electric vehicle that seats 5 passengers and is only available as a 4-door pickup truck. Competitors include the Ford F-150 Lightning, Chevy Silverado EV, and Rivian R1T.
Two models are offered: AWD and Cyberbeast. Two drivetrains are offered at launch: Dual- and triple-motor setups, which produce 600 and 845 horsepower respectively. Tesla claims an estimated range of 340 miles and up to 11,000 pounds of towing capacity. 0-60 mph takes just 2.6 seconds according to Tesla, with a top speed of 130 mph. Rear-wheel-drive is standard with all-wheel-drive being optional. Pricing ranges from $62,000 to $101,000.

Maybe because there has already been hundreds (if not thousands) of CyberTruck reviews on YT? Maybe folks are tired of seeing them? I own a '24 Model Y, and the Cybertruck doesn't fit any type of usage scenario I can think of for myself.

You have a great point, Justin. All of my Hummer videos have done extremely well. An opportunity this video presents is to try something I have been thinking about which is using the same title but reversing the order in which it is worded. I'm going to give it a few more hours and then might make that change if the views don't go up much.

Absolutely love the Cybertruck and I will be buying it. Already outsold the Ford F150 Lightning and the improvements that they are constantly making at Tesla make this purchase a no-brainer. I’ve driven one already and the steering at slow speeds certainly takes some getting used to. Retraining our brains not to look for the turn signal stalk will just take a little getting used to. Appreciate the video and your thoughts on it. Sadly I could understand what Terry was saying in the video so perhaps he should have a microphone as well. Thanks guys.

Wow we’re doing 78 miles per hour 🤣 I got to test drive the Cybertruck at an EV drive event sponsored by my local utility. Definitely a cool and unique vehicle. Tom: if you won a raffle and could choose either a Cybertruck or a GMC Hummer EV which would it be?

Wow! That is a great question. I would have to choose the cybertruck. The build quality seems to be better and the interior is definitely quieter. I would like to see some higher end materials in the interior of the cybertruck, but overall, I believe it is a better vehicle.
