Dan! Always great to see a new video from you pop up in my sub box. What a nice surprise. Hope you have been well and doing alright through this crazy time? You look well, I hope you feel as good as you look. Both the movies looked great on the screen and it did look impressively simple on the tech side of things to set up. I like the idea of a projector but know I need the brightness of the tv screens. But I can't quite escape the allure of a projector. 😄 Congratulations on the tik tok success. I am not on there yet but if I ever am I'll be sure to follow :) Hope you and your family are all doing well. So good to see you! Have a good one! x

Dimness is a problem with these kinds of projectors, but, it does not help when your screen is not returning 100% of the light being cast to it. The fact that light is passing through the screen means that it WILL BE EVEN DIMMER. You want a blackout cloth. One that has a black outside surface that does NOT allow light through it. PVC sheets that are white will also do the trick. Or even a very very FLAT SMOOTH WHITE WALL. That's what I use and at 100" or so, it's pretty good. Still not as bright as a TV but it's pretty close the the brightness you'd see in an actual movie theater.

I woulda liked to see it perform outside for that drive-in/ camping outside experience. Looks like a nice projector overall.

Can you change the size of the screen without moving the projector back and forth from the screen? Does it have a zoom feature?

Use an anti light screen (those gray type) if you want it to be brighter by 20-30% only problem is you need to always watch in the center to see the improvement.

@@BlurayDan Hey Dan I just finished watching your A-Team Blu-ray from Universal I have a question which is very important is the whole series in High definition and are all of the episodes promo teasers intact and all of the original music and not the replacement music especially in the pilot movie with Murdock singing the Rolling Stone jumping jack flash?

Does the projector play the discs? and does it have to be placed infront of the screen or anywhere?

It doesn't play the discs, you'll need to hook up a Dvd or Bluray player via the USB or HDMI ports. It doesn't have to be in front of the screen, actually in the video I show off how it can be behind the screen as well. I appreciate you watching!

@@BlurayDan Oh I see that part of the video now. Thanks. And also, would I be able to play movies on a USB flash drive using the projector? I assume just plug the USB onto the BD player and the projector will read the files?

Hm well I'm actually not sure about that. There are USB ports so it might actually work
