I'm currently playing the MK1 HT50 CLUB head. The previous owner put Mercury Magnetics transformers in it. It's an extremely versatile head. Great British sound.

Not a bad sounding little rig. I had an HT 60 2x12 combo I played out with for a few years. The Blackstar stuff is pretty good. I would probably prefer the 5 watt a little more over this one. I do like the cab with the option with the open or closed back.

Yeah 5 watt video will be coming in a couple weeks..the 20watt version has 2 el84 tubes and 2 12ax7..the 1watt is surprisingly LOUD if you turn it up half way it will start to hurt the ears..Thanks for Watching 🍻

Gotta say this is impressive! Loved the ditty! As drummer I want some double bass in the drum line but hey this little rig rock's! But my question is simply can it get the cops called? Fantastic video! Keep it up! When you hit 10k you get crazy and go all out! 429 compared to a Marshal head is nothing...! Rock on brother I would love to jam with you!

It sounds alot better w the open cab,you can do pinch harmonics vs closed cabinet,blackstar amps are killer,gus g uses them exclusively,if uou dont know who he is he was ozzys guitarist and he has his own band firewind

1) tune your low e 2) must have the mic plugged into the camera? serious compression kicking in highlighting low end issues in the room and overall messing with the tone 3) dsl1hr blows this thing away

you need to get yourself a cheap laptop for like 3-400 bucks. you would be able to edit videos and everything else. there would be limitations with editing like if you had crazy camera but i dont think you do so you should be fine. or save and get a cheap gaming laptop for like 1k. asus has some nice ones in that range for entry level and the editing would be even better not to mention the games if you wanted to. streaming would change for you too especially with multiple monitors. there like 100 bucks a piece for cheap ones.

This is my 1st in this series..I respect ir opinion..I will be doing the 5watt version soon has alliteration opinions as far as eq goes..and I wanna checkout the Architect CadRig software. Was that available on the MKI series?

Anybody know how these gear companies come up with their prices? Is it a draw from a hat perhaps? A blind folded pencil pusher throwing a dart and seeing where it lands? Or could it simply be straight from their arses?! We may never know. Nice review though dude.

With only 1 watt it seems like you would not have the greatest tone. More watts make a speaker sound better.

1 tube watt = 20 solid state watts. So its plenty loud for your room and its much easier to get a good cranked amplifier sound without blowing your ear drums and its much easier to record

@@BOUZOUKI_PETE the ratio is kinda made up by the manufacturers they never could rate tube amps correct and the newest kind of power amp class d they are blatantly lying about the power output. Also youll never see a full tube amp for less than $250
