This is just a small example of real estate scams in Pakistan. I booked a flat in Royal Icon towers in Gulshan 13-D. The project was promised to be delivered in 2019. The builder has not just delayed the project but keep asking for more and more on the name of utility and documentation charges. On top of that there is a case pending against project and KE cut connections in 2021/2022 In my opinion real estate investments are less lucrative and you get much better ROI if you invest in foreign currency. Just look at how fast dollar rate is rising. You dont have to worry about qabza group and builder mafia

I agree that there is lack of implementation of law in Pakistan but the root cause of this filth of fraud is the people in our own family especially our parents categorising money the most important thing in life and idealising people who are billionaires. This has ignited greed in the hearts of most of us and inturn we look for shortcuts and fraud schemes to make money.

LDA blacklisted Meinhardt for their substandard technical consultancy in RUDA project back in 2015, but guess who resuscitated the project again in the recent past. That means, they still have their friends in power circles.

I live in USA I also booked in this back in 2006 was happy as hell I lost 1corer at that time but since I lived in USA some people advise me that let this project go and don't dump anymore money I also hired attorney in Karachi gave him 7laks in one year period but no results but I have learned my lessons hard way actually I feel lucky Since this project I have not spent single dollar in Pakistan this country is hopeless...

Same happened with my father. Invested in LDA city lahore in 2012 got scammed, Invested in new dha city lahore got scammed, invested in a judicial society in Islamabad and scammed. Now we avoid files and only invest in plots which has been profitable for us as in dha property gives u 35-40 lac increase within a year

My parents had booked an apartment in Tejori Heights, which had received clearance from SBCA. However, it later emerged that the land was owned by the Railway. The Supreme Court has ordered a refund of the entire amount to the investors, but as of now, no refund has been received. The project is owned by the father-in-law of the Governor of Sindh, Kamran Tasori. There is a reason why this country and its people are suffering.

My father lost all his savings due to an estate agent's Fraud and haraamkhori. Later my father diagnosed with cancer, fought with it for 4 years in extreme pain and died due to multiple organs failure. Estate agent knew all about my father's health but didn't even return half the amount yet. May all these people rot in hell and never get to see heaven. Ameen Ps. His name is Shamim, old man, don't know where his offfice is now as he has changed the address and maybe business name too.

Creek Marina is sending construction videos and pictures daily to allottees for the last few months. I stopped making payments last year. I agree it's DHA's responsibilty to get this project completed promptly. In the meantime, I strongly discourage anyone to make any foreign investment in Pakistan

Koi bhi project agar 3+ year's se jyada time leta hai toh builder's ka profit kam hona shuru hojata hai. Aur ek main issue ye hota hai jab govt change hoti hai toh new govt apna cut demand karti hai builder se aur fir issue badhte jatey hein dhere dhere. So case ko sab angel se dekhna hoga

The scammers are too big to be handled by the individual investors. I got scammed by Bahria Town Lahore (Al Rehmat Project) and suffered too much. These scammers have a system where u can’t even approach their senior management. The complaint lodged at Pakistan Citizens Portal was also closed by the relevant authorities in the end. Finally, I had to surrender n sell it to a dealer on huge loss.

In 2007 it was 300 core fraud but with the money value now it is the fraud of 1500 core shame on DHA

This is very tragic and since there is no rule of law in Pakistan then no one should invest in any of such projects. There is no safety and security in Pakistan, therefore, please save your money and generations.

DHA valley and Overseas block - Rawalpindi, is same type of fraud. It was launched in 2008 and all payments completed, it's scheduled delivery was 2011. But still people are hoping for its delivery. This is also around 100 billion project. Kindly also investigate this and make a detailed video. Malik Riz was also involved in this project so no one has courage to speak about this project on media .
