At $100 bucks the Sundown E15 V3 D4 was the best bargain I could find.. bought new from a local authorized dealer.. with all the online retailers out there, some car stereo shops are offering extremely competitive prices.. shop around fellas

Car audio bargain has the refurbished EV4's for cheap. But the shipping makes its as much as buying a new one. No sales right now they are holding solid around 160 for a 12".

Skar is a decent woofer but if you want sound quality vs just SPL, I would check out DD Audio Redline

Other KZfaqrs have done reviews. From what I’ve seen these Hyankas cannot take a good pounding long term. Voice coil damages

Fs looks a little high for 15s. For me anyway. Could maybe remove the dust cap and add some epoxy to add some mass to the cone. That will bring the fs down and let them play lower frequencies better.

So maybe a pair on a Recoil RED1200 would be nice. I like lowering tunings, what box size would you go with? Big suv, so I got room.

That amp is a Hoss... puts 15-1600 watts dynamic 1 ohm

I have the red 1200 on the ten inch hyanka d2 in a skar kerf port box and it likes it. I dont see why 2 15s couldnt handle it .

I have 2 of them dude and they are great. I run them on a smart 3 and they sound awesome. I have done a 143 in a poorly built box out of a trunk. They are Def's worth every cent man

@sidneycowrdoy923 I'm doing a 143.7 with 2 $60 audio legion 10s on 1200 watts. Measured with a term lab by bass wars. Had 2 skar 15s doing 148 before. So there are definitely better budget subs out there.

QTS is very high... it should lower down once broken in (I have a DATS and it measures very high QTS before broken in) but since you broke it in.. probably just because of the small motor.

Those boxes are 4.56 net tuned to 37 htz as listed those boxes are way too big for these subs and tuned high since they are a spl box Wich are usually tuned high those perform alot better in around 3 cube box tuned to around 33 but u gotta use what u have thanks for the video !

Actually they are not …as with a lot of specs on prefab boxes the specs are wrong. These are tuned to 34hz and 4.1 cuft. I verified with. Not only a calibrated microphone but Dats as well. You can’t believe a lot of box specs on prefabs.

Not to much power for them I had a regular smart 3 on the 12s d4 hiyankas & they loved It. But these are their cousins HYANKA not HIYANKA

Because the hyanka 15’s are kinda weak so they were waaay overpowered. So they were completely maxed out so they got loud. The 15” hyanka subs are not as good as the 10” or 12”. For some reason they cheaped out on the 15” version.
