I can't speak to the construction, but to be brutally honest, the house looks very "run of the mill" considering it's "custom". To each their own.

Very nice home, it would look great with a three story look(but I understand why it’s in Ohio and a full basement underground), better layout out back and drive way like a circular look

Thank you Bee! I could also see someone putting a pool in the back yard since most homes in this community have pools.
