Everyone I have a smart phone. Those few people I have a smart wine dispenser. When I first heard the price I was wondering why it was so much but it is reading the freakin labels!

I own this product and have been trying to reach Plum's customer support for over 5 weeks, but no one will respond to their technical support email or support phone number. I believe this company is out of business, and would not recommend.

Yeah they also are not responding to my emails. Very disappointing maybe they are trying to sell out before the shut down. Could you try and reach out to them?

DO NOT BUY!!! I waisted $2500 for this and within 6 months it won't uncork bottles and Plum can easily just clear and uncork your locked bottle in 5 minutes. The've had to do it dozens of times. Problem it will take you weeks to get anybody to answer the phone and they do not reply to your emails. They have a support phone number and email but they NEVER answer. I hear they are going broke which makes sense on how things are being run there. Was a great idea but backfired badly to consumers as me.
