Hi, any advice on Desert Princess Country Club for buying a condo? Is La Quinta more expensive?

Desert Princess is difficult to get a loan for a condo because they allow short term rentals. The biggest difference between the two is Desert Princess is on lease land and La Quinta is not. La Quinta is more expensive for that reason, however, not THAT much more expensive. Comes down to what's most important to you; owning the land or not?

@@BrandyValentineRealEstate Thanks for reply, no loan needed it will be a cash deal, its a condo for my sister and she loves Desert Princess but now she heard its bad due to wind blowing sand, I told her sand and wind are every where in the valley, is Palm Desert La Quinta less windy and less sand?

@@acelarson1872 Yes! Definitely. The further South you go the less wind and dust, but just like you said everywhere will experience both, however Desert Princess is one of the worst communities for all that dust and wind. 😷🌬
