Great advice it depends on so many factors: Your domicile Your business needs Your clients & suppliers Banking Tax treaties. My offshore business has went quiet, but we dont stick to one jurisdiction.

So true about the holistic approach... Professionals like Michael can come up with the structure of your dream which will be perfectly transparent and legal. You just should formulate what you need and put in some effort. These videos are only simplistic examples, real life goes by fine-tuned tax treatments and rulings

What's the best American bank for overseas living and business? I need to receive and send money while abroad without having to be at my bank in person. Like wire online or direct transfer. Should be normal procedure

gm ser, big fan of defi yield and this channel. I was wondering if you could make a video for a company set up for people who work fully remotely in crypto and get paid in crypto? like options for a good combination of DN visa / perpetual travelling and company structure for receiving a salary, consulting and also trading using that structure with 0% taxes.

I know that the title of your channel is off shore citizen but you seem very knowledgeable about this and I would really appreciate a video on the best thing to do if you are in the United States and do not plan on leaving. I have no intention of setting up an offshore account but would really like to know the best plan of attack crypto banking wise for US residents most of the KZfaq videos aren’t that great about it

The truth is if laws/rules would be clear and there would exist a best solution than 90-95% of bureaucrats, accountants, lawyers, private tax advisors etc would be unemployed/out of business. Millions of people depend on laws/rules being really unclear so that they can make a living.

Michael, or anyone quick question....anyone have experience in moving a stock portfolio from say Canada, North America....offshore to an overseas broker, 'in kind' without having to liquidate your stocks into cash, wire...re purchase etc....I can do this locally within Canada between the different brokers, but international? Thanx!!!!
