Cocoa-Banana Energy Bites, a perfect blend of sweetness and nutrition. Perfect for a quick snack, easy to prepare and a healthy dessert to enjoy with your loved ones.
-------------------------------------------
In a bowl mix well the following:
- mashed banana: 1
- ground biscuits: 350g
- Orange (juice): 1
- cocoa powder: 35g
- walnuts: 50g
- dried cranberries: 50g
Mix all ingredients, shape into balls, and roll in unsweetened shredded coconut.
