I really like the faster play. I think 1 of the things thats hurting you is how slow some of the pushers are or at least appear. I hope things work out for you

A lot of things happening that could affect algorithms like holidays, the virus, other people stealing your content. With that much of a drop I would start looking for someone using your videos without permission. You are also letting them rip you off. If they have an object that wont go down the chute but they say it counts as being off then they need to remove it. They block your coins from going down and you get less back. They are happy you don't ask but it is bad for your returns. Even waiting a little while still cheats you out of coins and prizes. I also like the idea of having you switch it up and every once in awhile going to a different place or having a friend with you. But basically it is the time of year. You will do okay if you hang in there. Love watching all your videos.

Josh I began watching your videos years ago, and when I found your channel by simple luck I fell in love with it because you were the only person on you tube that did anything at all like this........everyone else that is doing it now have copied you and your channel after they seen how your channel took off........when I first found your channel and subbed you had nowhere near the subscribers you do now......but you were growing slowly by the week. Every week you would post videos and every week your channel grew a little more.......I mean a lot of people dont realize that having a you tube channel and putting out content on a regular basis is a ton of work and its not like you get paid from you tube every single day.....the money and time it takes to create content comes out of your pocket and youtube doesnt pay people out every week....its not like a regular job and I get so mad when I read or hear people saying things like anyone that wanted to could just start a youtube channel and make videos all day and make a living......no you cant......it takes time....serious time and effort and hard work......also they dont realize that when you started your channel......the time you put into it was your spare time....you also at the same time had a wife and family to take care of spend time with you had responsibilities. When I first found your channel it wasn't like you were getting rich off doing you tube videos and many weeks you did a single video.....because that would be all the time you had to do a video or play and that was because no you wasnt getting rich off you tube and you had responsibilities that came before making videos......I remember you saying that when you started doing it that it was like a hobby and something you enjoyed doing so why not.....I loved your channel because I worked many years from age 18 to about 27 in game rooms and clubs before I got married to a woman who wanted me to get out of the atmosphere I was working in and be more settled down and change my lifestyle, which I found wasnt as hard as I thought it would be, funny how when you meet the right person, it can change the way you look at things and even at times change your dreams and things you want in life. When I found your channel it brought back a lot of memories from my younger years and playing these things at 4am in the morning at a truck stop after the club had closed and I got off work but would stop by the 24 hour truck stop to get something to eat because they had a restaurant that was also open 24/7. I would eat and then always stop and play these coin pushers.....I was trying to win those pocket knives and key chains and so on and your channel I could relate to what you were doing and the fun it was to play and I enjoyed watching you play.....you were the only channel like this and the way I found you was I had started watching Matt3756 which was what he called his channel in those days and I watched his coin pusher videos.....well one day over on the side bar where it shows you recommended videos for you to watch there was a video by you that was a coin pusher video......I had always liked the coin pusher by far more than the claw machines and so I clicked your video and to be honest I began watching your channel and going back watching old videos and I kinda stopped watching Matt's channel because I loved the coin pusher and you were the only channel that did them...then about a year after I subbed to your channel it was cool that you and Matt ended up meeting and doing several videos together.....sorry so long...I just wanted you to know even though I dont always have the time I used to have to get on youtube as often....when I do I still love your videos and I always have....keep doing what you do Josh and ignore the haters....those of us who are your true fans we all know you been doing this longer than anyone and that if anyone has copied anyone it is every single channel out there that copied your channel.......Also while I love the high risk coin pushers.....I gotta say if your ever at the flying J and see a pocket knife or lighter on the edge and feel like giving it a go......I miss seeing you win those also buddy....Remember it was those videos that your channel not only got its start with but grew with and slowly became what it has today......Stay safe from this Covid....and just keep doing what you do buddy.....God Bless!

I love your channel! That said, here’s some thoughts: 1. Some people get bored with single quarters being dropped at a time, 2. There’s no need to talk through the entire video, 3. I suspect that your talking is keeping you from playing strategically. I personally couldn’t juggle that many things at one time! 4. Watch how (as best as you can - that juggling thing again) your quarters are affecting the play area. Keep an eye on it and adjust where you aim for the quarters to fall. I realize that the machine roughly puts the quarters wherever it wants, but you do have an influence on it overall. 5. Are your videos still being stolen? Did this start then? Even if not, maybe it’s a part of the problem? 6. People like towers (I think). Could they be convinced to put them in? The denominations of the chips would, of course, have to be in line with your buy-in. Personal opinion only: I don’t care for the timed games or the ones with cars (and the associated constraints). Love your videos man. Don't loose hope. One thing I have always enjoyed is that sense of excitement of playing vicariously through the screen. I know you wanna be transparent, and your audience appreciates it, however maybe relegate more of the personal stuff to your Q&A videos. Keep your core stuff purely entertainment and upbeat. Gotta remember in every video "If this is the first time someone is watching me, what do I want them to see". Keep on pushing Josh 👍

When you started, you were excited about every single quarter that you put into the game. Now, your business side is showing. You dont notice when prizes drop, and you don't complain about quarters that fall on top of others. We only watch to see you. We liked when you won. We were sorry when you lost. Ok here’s my honest input: -I usually don’t have time to get on “live” but I will skim through it later. -I look for videos that are around 30 minutes or at least under an hour -I like your content and I watch in cycles. When I am busy, and tired I usually might not have time. I think other people have started back to work. I do like them and have started watching again more recently.

Your observation pertinent to a drop in views has been shared by other vloggers on KZfaq. According to those vloggers (I don't have a means to confirm), KZfaq has made changes that reduce the number of viewers because the video isn't being promoted (pushed out) to new viewers. It would be a sad day if it became unfeasible for Josh to produce the content we love.😟

Josh, a majority of the channels I watch are very consistent with when they post videos and what they are about. Also, I know you don’t like hearing this, but try to find a new place... shake it up. This place you have been going to doesn’t allow for real exciting set ups.

I agree with a lot of comments, Watch some of the videos from "What The Hales". They are way more exciting to watch, with much bigger rewards. This may sound a little weird, but you come across a little too nice and a little too humble. You think these places are doing you a favor and you feel like you owe them something. That is so far from the truth. You are a great guy and remember you have 130K subscribers. You did something right to get to that number.

here's an idea- with a split screen, you and a special guest to your show , each of you with a coin pusher set up exactly the same, have a 30 minute "race" to see who can win the most money and prizes from the coin pusher.

I think a second person who you can talk and laugh with while playing would be great.

You should watermark your content add a meta tag. Also you could do more sponsorships. I think the high limit coin pusher is a great idea. But people come for you and the anticipation of winning big. Smaller coin pushers could be the answer. Less risk for you same visceral response viewers like. Video ideas: Maybe international coin pushers. The mechanics of how to win. Other games besides coin pushers. Maybe a giant coin pusher you make? Bulldozer video with your son. Skill based games. A race between you and another player split screen. Other high risk non pusher videos but lower prices (bingo/lotto). Gold flipping. Don't imitate others. You can be original! Love your videos.

Hi great game, I've been watching you for a while now and some of the games have become boring. Speak to what the hales as i know they play in a casino but they also have a lot of banter between the two of them and sometimes the coin pusher have amazing set ups, yours seems to be a lot of paper for not much bucks. More quarters are needed on the playing field, look at the other sites. Also join up with someone that does help, is there anyone near you that would like to play? maybe a different person each month from the you tubers. lt's great that you are honest and truthful, but sometimes that can be a bit to much, tell us a funny story, tell us about your day no names of course. The reason I watch coin pushers is because of you. I am a UK ex-pat in Vietnam and need an alternative to watching local TV, KZfaq is the channel of choice. in coin pusher, here was a guy I could relate to, you stood in front of a machine you wanted to win on, your passion in each coin drop, the oooh's and aaaahs so genuine, same when 10 bucks was teetering on the edge. high pitch voice with excitement, low pitch groans when you get a topper (coin landing on top of another), humming or singing a song in your head (out loud) that you don't know the words to but make them up anyway as you play. Man I love this guy, this is excellent..win 40 bucks win 400 bucks, who cares, I am lovin this, just win......and a lot of others must of thought the same, as I watched your channel from 40k subscribers grow to 140k . These days you don't even notice 10 bucks drop. I never watch the live shows as the coin pusher seems irrelevant, more interest in looking at another screen to say hello to everyone, worried if you don't you may loose a viewer, too much Mr nice guy, meanwhile it seems there is a coin pusher sidetracking you from doing so. The repetitive winner winner plug does not sound genuine, and asking staff to alter a machine while half-way in play because your loosing is something we regular guys can't get away with. There is no alternative, i glanced at AV, at What the hales etc, not for me, all I want to see is someone i can relate to, as if it was me playing the machine, just be yourself, and watch 20k viewers grow to 200k like it did before, the attraction, the main focus is the coin pusher, your sidetracking a way from it with stories that interrupt the play.. keep talking sure, silence is boring, but keep playing, and keep focus on what people came to see,, money dropping.

Hi Josh. Here are my thoughts. First, I think you need a "cohost", especially during the live stream. They could read off the names of all the people sending money/saying hello/asking questions etc. People LOVE hearing you mention them!! Second, COIN TOWERS! Third, perhaps in an upcoming video, you can explain in detail how KZfaq works, and why it's important we do certain things i.e. hit the like button/comment/share. Hope this helps, my friend.

We’re all having a hard time. I’m seeing a lot of comments about what to do or not do, and while I think a lot have merit, some are just being jerks! Please don’t get discouraged from doing what you love, we’re all here because we love your content. Maybe make a list of suggestions you see more than 3 times and think about how to address those? My suggestion would be to get others involved for a little banter, or even competitions like you mentioned. You’re an awesome person Josh, and you’ll get through this!

Please don't be depressed about money , son. There are sooo many people who watch you just to hear the joy in your voice when you make a good drop, just like a little boy does when santa leaves that toy he's wanted for so long!! You warm our spirits with your joy!! My suggestion to you would be to auction off some of the coins and toys you've won playing the coin pusher. Have a live auction about every 2 to 3 months. Keep your head up my friend. I don't watch any other coin pushers. Don't worry about what youtube (they could mess up on the numbers) wants from you. push that to the back of your mind. Keep your friend (Jeff) in your heart. People watch you for how great of a person you are. I like the videos of you playing on a time limit and when you have goals. It builds the excitement. You will get more views when you play like you enjoy what you are doing. Just do what makes you happy. That is what makes content gold.

Josh, for me, I felt that your channel "jumped the shark" for a few reasons. 1) When you obsessively started talking about the Winner Winner app. Something changed and I can't put my finger on exactly what it was. I think it was then that I started feeling like this channel had become all about making money and not about the fun and challenge of the coin pusher itself. 2) I also felt that we (viewers) were not a priority for you. I felt that when you continually kept forgetting to bring your glasses, or starting a live stream late because you left your vacation place late, or your motorhome broke down, etc, that we the viewers were an afterthought. 3) And finally, when you kept speaking about your family member who was injured. (I know, I'm horrible). I think people come on here to watch a video to escape problems and not have others problems discussed. I would recommend you going back to when YOU felt that your videos were fun for you. Then, go back to that style of play. I want you to succeed. I'm sorry if you are in any way offended.

OK, my guess on how to improve is that you need to explain the game up front for people new to coin pushers. Then it appears you lack strategy. There is more to coin pushers than just random dropping of coins. This is particularly important when you have a finite supply of coins unlike those machines where you can improve your coin supply by knocking down coin structures. Good luck.

Been watching for months and just subscribed tonight. I am in Law Enforcement very close to you (Maryland) and admire your honesty and obvious compassion for others. I don't get to see alot of integrity in people in my day to day career, so it's refreshing for sure. As for a suggestion, I would split buy ins with viewers, make them 50/50 partners win or lose, and split profits. If they have a KZfaq channel, advertise that for them. IF they can meet to play in person, do that too. I would do it for sure. So many people stuck in their houses right now that would love for you to play the pusher for them. Find people that are willing to do a full buy in and you play it for them, then send them 100% of the winnings. You still get the views and monitization from KZfaq, and they get to gamble from home! I'm 30 mins away from you if you want to play sometime. Thanks for the videos, they get me through midnight shift...kinda lol

niche channel loses watchers when they put in random content that ppl didnt come for i dont mind the pokemon and gold stuff i watch other chanels that also has that stuff but ppl that only comes for the pushers lose the willingness to recive updates/notifications etc if it becomes pokemon instead of coinpushers. im not saying that will fix everything and is the only thing but it what comes to mind when you said you are dropping in the analytics. sorry if my english isnt 100% but keep on the grind :) Maybe you could check around for some kind of 100 or 250$ buyin challenges instead? or try a 2weeks normal pushers how much can you make? can i fund a full run of a high risk pusher?

I think having multiple people playing with you is the best idea. With how crazy COVID-19 still is and winter approaching it’s a rough time for a lot of us. Like What the Hales has crazy setups in their coin pusher games and the fact that it’s 2 people makes a difference. Exciting and fun games that bring the subs and the views you need to be successful.

I agree with several things already said. Finding someone with whom you can banter while playing creates a lot of fun. Also, the play and prizes on this machine are somewhat boring. Love listening to you but your return for your investment is not that great. Using What the Hale$ as an example of more excitement with towers and higher prizes would be a start.

It’s like you are just putting coins in and don’t even care about the prizes unless you lose. You need to be more excited and build excitement about what is falling next. You wanted the cheese cake factory card and it was getting close and I got excited, but you never even seemed to notice or care. Why must we care if you don’t seem to.

Honestly I love your videos as they are! I wouldn’t want you to change anything. I admit I wish you showed the prizes as they came out more instead of just flashing a rolled up wad of cash, like opened it up and showed us as they came, but that doesn’t take away from the joy I get from your videos! I’m a fairly new viewer and subscriber. I totally enjoy your videos and try to be consistent in my watching but I do miss some once in awhile. I will help by doing my best try not to miss any future videos and I’ll try to watch some past videos that I haven’t seen. I like your talking during the video and I love the coin pusher. As m ugh as I love the coin pusher, if they have other games, maybe you should do different games for different days of the week. Even if you play them all the same day to save time, post them on different days.

It's normal to get down sometimes. Happens to us watchers as well as content creators - nobody is exempt from human nature. You gotta know that you're not alone, you have fans and friends of the channel... and more importantly, you have people who love you regardless of whether or not you have a popular channel. Hey Joshua, I like your video's, I also like to play coinpusher by myself in the Dutch I understand that you dont want to stop. But you also get a lot of stress from it because it is also a bisness model for you, I realy understand it.... Maby think about to do it with less money, so not high risk, but a normal coinpusher.... It was too late, because you went and got them., When you still had a chance to drop Batman. There is no rule in a book that said you had to stop and ask them , because the truck got stuck. what did you expect them to say? They want to win, too. But, by righteousness, the car that falls first in the Harper, is the winner, not the one that gets stuck on the glass! Are you kidding me? You actually, won that and you gave it to them!

I know it's expensive but you could purchase a pusher (the one I bought my mom was 600.00 but worth it!) and do live streams for viewers. Legally you can do tokens and maybe use prizes you have won (gold coins, gift cards, bitcon;ect). You can do what Carson claws does and have set sponsors ( pre paid viewers) that you push for them on a live stream. They can buy in at 25.00 to 100.00 and there is a time limit. Whatever buy in is left they get back plus the prizes. You open yourself up to views, superchat, and potential future video sponsors ( dollar shave, Antivirus software; ect) People love instant satisfaction and watching live winning. I would reach out to Carson for some advice on how he gets around the legality of being able to do live gambling. Good luck I hope this helps!

I love watching your videos, love watching coin pushers. I understand people can't afford to play high risk coin pushers everyday, but daily videos of other arcade stuff might fill your gaps between high risk coin pusher videos. It says in your description you own an arcade and family fun center. Maybe some coin pusher videos from the arcade you have. Also consider finding other coin pushers. Maybe visit your old spots. I remember you doing truck stop coin pushers with trinket toys. It was still cool.

I cannot stand it when Jeremy screams as they fall down and I have to turn off the video, but love watching the "towers" fall. I love watching your videos also but I wish they would make them more interesting for you to play and for us to watch. I agree with the comment below that you just need to relax and have fun playing. If an activity stops being fun ,it becomes work and depressing. Your subscribers love your light hearted comments and conversation, keep that in your videos.

Hey sweetie, found this channel when you was just doing the normal ones in the truckshops. You filled a gap foor people like me. then you did give the game another notch by going to high risk. And yes for all the misbelievers, he was the first, my yt-account always showed other push-gamechannels, but never like what you started. Josj was The first one, and I am sticking by him. The reason is because he is deadhonoust and wants to give his viewers what they want while in between figuring out how to incorperate. he is the only one who does everything in the open, for us but also for the venders where he is filming. I agree that an other place for a change would be nice, but only if it can be in the open concept, so the vender knows he is recording. I like this channel because it is what it is, no extrme spectacle to gain more viewers. Josh, who is who he is and the fun off coinpushers, meanwhile always showing how quickly it can go wrong. Yes i would like to see him do a tower, but only if all of the attempts are posted, not just the winning ones.

You have a coin pusher at your home. Maybe to make it exciting, you can put a ton of quarters in the machine and start with way more quarters in your tub. Put a bunch of prizes in it you plan to give away to the audience. When the quarters are poured in and the machine is constantly having quarters cascade off, it sounds and is visually much more exciting. And the giveaways make it interesting for you and the audience. You can also stipulate something like with the cop car/delorean/batmobile chase that if something falls off first, you can do a double buyin next time you’re at a high risk coin pusher.

I do really enjoy your videos. I dont hit the like button as much as I should. Honestly I started watching KZfaq about a year or so ago and have been following you since I started I never knew us watching and liking the videos made that much of a huge difference but now that I know it I will make a point of it. But I agree the lives are hard for me to watch when you have them. I have 4 kids and work 2nd shift so it is kind of hard to have the time to watch a whole live.

If you had a friend to share cost & profit with, their stake in it would prompt them to say things the viewers are screaming to you about while watching you play. i.e. - "No - go left - don't make it rain yet - try less coins 'til you build yourself up - etc" Someone you're comfortable with and can banter back and forth, can take turns playing 1/2 coins each when you pull would be great.

Hey Josh, The head to head battles is what i like. You vs someone, and put in some colored quarters to race each other. Dont worry there will be highs and lows we all deal with. Right now the Doctor's cant find a cause or cure for my shoulder problem and its killing me mentally and physically. We have to push through and hold on. The weak ones will fall to the side. If i had the time and vacation i would be out in a heart beat for a head to head battle. Stay strong brother.

I scrolled through other viewer comments and they all had valid points and advice. Maybe having another person to interact with would be a bonus. after watching Jeremy and George doing coin push,it gives a lot of credence to having someone to interact with. Also keeping it around the 30 minute mark helps even if you have do do a fast forward to get there. If you could play on an Elvis pusher it would be awesome.

Only commenting because you asked and to help with algorithms. I agree with a lot of the comments. I watch "What The Hales" and I enjoy the towers and their silly banter and some of the big payouts. I'd like to see more from you. I did enjoy when you went to Diamond Crater State Park and I've watched Ivan's vids before. I like Dan Hurd and Pioneer Paulie vids so you could add in gold panning vids would be interesting. A partner or buddy playing with you or near you could be fun. There is one frustrating thing with your play letting quarters stack on other quarters or drop on top of others instead of pushing. You could elaborate more on your strategy. Also, with all the coin pusher videos I'm watching at 2x speed. This is true for both you and the Hales, I'm still listening just can't stand at normal speed. Find a friend to make it a little funny and or competitive. Tape them and post them like the HALES do. Replay videos are relaxing to me and help me go to sleep!! I don't watch live stream. If I miss something falling I can back up and watch again. You do what you have to do. Love the videos!!!

Why dont you try to go to other places, for example why not go back to those carnival or truck stops that have other items like pocket watches and keychains, granted its not high money but they were sure entertaining. hell it was one of those videos that led me to your channel. You need to go to other areas new prizes this place has pretty much stagnated you and if anything they have been ripping you off a lot more lately.

I can't watch your live streams, because when you respond to commenters, you tend to stop playing, and it makes the live stream WAY too long! Otherwise, I really enjoy your posts!

My two cents .... You need more action for example TOWERS!!! More chips we like things that fall and splash around. Stay away from - Pokémon, diamonds , gold dirt , STOP with the silver bar joke it’s over played. I’m glad winner winner is over keep any ads to the end of the videos.

Jeff...I love your channel. Maybe different set up towers etc.. also you got me hooked on coin pushing. You are the reason I watch. Keep on talking..it helps. Hang in there! Will always be loyal to your channel! The police car to me had its wheel stuck on the edge. It should be what falls first. Not your fault that it gets stuck on the edge. That is what is fair. I think finding someone to play with you kind of like Jeff did would be good for the channel and for you mentally to enjoy your channel you yourself seemed to lose alot of the happiness and joy and sense of humor since Jeff passed which is completely understandable he was your best friend. But I think if you could get someone else to partner up with it would help alot. One thing that bugged me alot but has gotten better lately is when every single video pushing the winner app and the huge pop ups in the screen while watching the video drives me nuts because we already have " ads and commercials " then the pop up in the middle of the video from you to was driving me to almost leave but I like you and bray so I been hanging in there. I know they are paying you to do that but maybe find a different way like a quick talk in the beginning or something then stop the huge pop ups that cover the playing field while you're playing. Those are just my ideas and letting ya know what started bugging me. Maybe compare all the comments and find the common thread and go from there. GOOD LUCK FRIEND.
