I want to go to the Philippines so badly!! My boyfriend is half Filipino and his mom goes home every year! The water looks so beautiful and so do you!! I hope Nick heals fast!!

I am a Filipino guy myself but I've been a US citizen for quite sometime now. I have also served in the US Navy, and I've been to most Southeast Asia countries like Thailand, Malaysia, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Brunei and some of the Pacific tourist destination like Australia. I've been to OZ cities like SYDNEY, PERTH, and BRISBANE, myself... No offense to Australians here, I love Australia, but it's way too expensive to travel and stay over there...It's like Canada (I've been there, too ! in Vancouver)... I can tell you all that nothing can ever compare to my own country as a tourist destination...it really is MORE FUN IN THE PHILIPPINES...I respect, believe and admire all these vloggers that have chosen to stay in the Philippines. Because they are all correct, no place in the entire world that can compare to my country. My country is rich in natural resources, full of beautiful islands, amazing and unimaginable places, full of history, full of nice, respectful, hospitable and amazing people. Unbelievable things that you can only see in your dream...but if you visit and stay there for some time then it will be like YOU WILL BE LIVING THAT DREAM ! And the BEST OF IT ALL, it's a LOT CHEAPER comparing to most of these Southeast Asian countries I have mentioned. Philippines really is the best place to be, if you want to experience what everybody call a....PARADISE!!

your advice on getting a private boat tour is on point. we also did private boat tours for 2 days in coron, packaged with a lunch buffet of seafood, veggies, etc. it was awesome! i’m glad you guys enjoyed coron as well! there’s more to see in palawan (el nido, linapacan, port barton, balabac, etc.) alone, plus 7,600+ more islands around the philippines. better extend your visa! haha!

I am half Filipino the last time I went was 2019 to see my mum's family we don't do much except to to beaches and shop because the malls there are crazy it's really fun I love going there so much

When you arrive next time late to a boat service, you can basically just drop the term "FIlipino Time ...we've waited" to your co-passengers especially to Filipino folks who might share your ride and "nudgingly" they will understand the reason. Normally, these services folks don't have cellphones but if there is one make sure to get it and that might save you time. Anyway, look on the bright sides of things and enjoy yourself since external factors normally are beyond your control. Good luck again guys.
