Is this the most scenic road in Yorkshire?

In this video, we're back in Dentdale riding a road recommended by one of our friends. Thornton Lane is a single track road running from Ingleton to Dent through some of the most amazing scenic landscapes. We'd already tried and really enjoyed riding Oddie's Lane, another single track road from Ingleton to Dent but this road really is something special. Highly recommended.
Our ride continues up into Cumbria to Tebay where we head back south along the A685, another very scenic road which crisscrosses the M6 as it winds its way back into the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Our ride ends at Devil's Bridge in Kirkby Lonsdale.

I’ve done that road a few times in the car - it’s a beautiful drive but a pain in the ass when you meet a car coming the other way!

Was on that road the day after you as part of a 180 mile scoot round the Dales. Excellent day's riding. Keep posting the videos.

Some stunning roads there thank you, I've ridden parts of that route. MAMIL can equally be applied to middle aged men/motorcyclists in leathers and it is easy to differentiate between the two, one group being fit slim and healthy looking and the other overweight and not so healthy looking with some exceptions of course.
