Cameron, at 4.30 you need to get yourself to Hors Categorie or Eat Sleep Cycle for a tasty beer and tasty food. Fabrica pre-ride!

Whilst definitely not quite in the same class. I did once find a gem of a climb followed by the descent from Sacro dell monte baldo (above lake Garda) to the shores of the lake in Garda. Its a pretty continuous 25km climb and decent rising/falling a 1000m plus and you can finish up with a well earned gelato with your feet cooling off in the lake!!

Latigo rd in Malibu CA is pretty damn epic and long. Lots of smooth pavement and sweeping turns that you can rail at 35 miles per hr

Corsica, Col de Virgio down the D84 to the junction with the D18. Very technical descent it depends on how "daring" you are, to get the best of it. Not much traffic but plenty of blind bends, and some longish straights, but also narrow in parts. Also, if you get it wrong, you could go over the edge. It depends if your willing to cut some of the corners, to keep the speed up and be prepared to overtake traffic. But that applies to most descents.

Sharneyford, climb out of bacup in England. North west. Proper smooth tarmac and flows well. Just perfect

Chaussey descent is mint. Follows the valley drop and some cool views. Lanzarote though descending to Haria is nice, or if looking for rapid easy speed Femes descent to playa blanca is like a runway. I’ve had 63mph down there shitting myself

I was there in approx 96 Cam and rode that climb, i was there on a training camp, we stayed in l'Estartit, we rode with Allan Piper and had visits from Robbie Mcewen, Stuart O'grady and Marcel Wust, great times

Vojak in Croatia!!! The Veprinac - Icici section of the descent would be very sick if the traffic would be that bad, the Veprinac - Rijeka is not quite as steep but has much less traffic. I am also looking to launch a YT channel, we might do that descent together in the future. Just to brag a little bit, after one or two attempts I got 3rd fastest time there out of 1100-1200 people on Strava. :D

Colabra Is a nightmare unless you get to the top super early. Found Majorca overrated imo. d'Huez is great but yeah this time of year not so much. Looks a great place for winter riding. I like the canaries personally for winter riding.
