To me it's turning more in to a player v player game rather than a zombie apocalyptic survival game

11:25 Nurse here, Aanalgin is a painkiller used in Russia. Mesalazine treats irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and ulcerative colitis (UC). Cerucal is a brand name for Metoclopramide and you take it to stop vomiting or feeling nausea. Salofalk is a brand name for Mesalamine, which, like Mesalazine, treats IBS and UC and this one is USUALLY taken rectally but seeing as how that is a blister pack, it is probably the oral one. I didn't catch the names of all of the meds in your inventory but there's a few for you.

The ability to carry dead or wounded players. Pulling body’s into safe areas so you can loot them.

I would Really like to see actual zombie hordes. A pack of 20 of them. Like in TWD when grimes turns a corner and sees 40 zombies just chillin. And maybe if more than 5 stack up on a door the door itself can cave in. Make the interactions based on physics.

This honestly looks soooo good. DayZ vets would love this added struggle. And maybe even make players think on just shooting everyone they see?? Probably not but wishful thinking

Interesting server, I’m intrigued. You could use a notebook to record the med uses and put a tent on top of a high rise and become a doctor exchanging meds for food, clothing or weapons from other survivors. RP would be crazy, I think. Great videos, guys!

I think the sleep should be lightly included into vanilla or at least resting, the fact you can go from east to west and back east in a good session containing multiple day/night cycles would be another added realism, but that’s only if I had to pick something.

Been playing on this server every day since you guys posted this video, this server is SO much fun. If you like Project Zomboid, you'll like this server. Sneaking around, healing wounds, finding medicine, staying sane, treating yourself and finding food/weapons is all so much harder, it's way more rewarding. Plus most people I've met are more interested in helping/avoiding fighting because they don't want to lose their skill points. It's an amazing server. So thanks so much for introducing me to it!

I feel like if dayz were actually like this it would keep people more invested in the game. because it offers more experiences trying to keep that character, alive while keeping those stats maintained and if your dude or girl dies. Then well you gotta start over with a new person, almost like that game ZombieU when you die you respawn with a new person every time.

The first few months of dayz stand-alone were like the walking dead, I almost wish there was a procedural map generator tool so the map is always randomized, those first few months not knowing where to find all of the best things and finally getting them were the best feelings

It looks really great. One thing though, there are no zombies in Dayz. They are infected...

on my server i made zombies walk but headshot only and theres so many more of them. makes a way scarier experience and feels like twd, you ignore them but before you know it 15 have followed you and your trapped

There's a little toggle arrow under your backpack, that you needed to toggle from an up arrow to a down arrow to have easy access to you inventory in your bag.

I always thought skills would be a cool feature and maybe skill trainer npcs with in game money but if you died you loose all progress on skills and have to relearn them

I re-subbed for the 100k button. I removed all my let's play subscriptions a while back but been watching the channel since the first vids, that's a lot great entertainment. Also subbed on my other account :)

Oh yeah the mod for the skill and med system is amazing. I play on a few severs that do this and it just makes the game so much more fun

You guys should be Brothers in a Stalker RP server. It feels like this server but a lil different. Some servers offer character kills where if you have a valid reason to capture and kill someone and admins approve you can kill their Identity and its wipes everything they have. Bank wealth, Base code knowledge, their faction rep with whoever they were with, etc. It would totally fit you guys if you play it well, Love this content.

Idea: Lock all doors in Chernogorsk

(A guide from a survivors diary on how to adapt) over the past week I have been learning how to adapt to this server, as the normal play style of gear a little and get off the coast and to military base just does not work very well. after a few failed attempts and some head scratching and bit of learning and its looking like boarding up a few houses a few clicks (km's) inland for farming and as a place to collect basic loot before stashing / bury it is going to be needed using the fortification mod, as heading north without at least a pistol and spare mag your asking to eaten alive by huge packs of wolves, its more like playing STALKER, you need do more prep work. I found that if I start out by looting the coastal boats, I usually find what I need to get fishing, searching railways tracks for small stones to make a knife, they spawn far a few in between but you will find one eventually, find one small stone and interact with a bolder or small rock sticking out of ground to make a knife or combine two small stones to make one knife, that'll getcha feed and finding a green house where players are growing food is a life saver, Fruits take about an hour to grow, so if you can plant some seeds in any green house check it before you leave town, you might be set for food for a while, or you might even need to live a in town for a while before moving on and you can sterilise items by using a cooking pot to boil rags and syringes. Taking on the infected without a melee weapon is a big no no, the syberia project mod makes it more realistic, you can imagine that trying to literally crack open skulls and destroy the brain of the infected with your bear hands is not effective, you looking at about 40 + light attacks to drop one without a weapon, sneaking is going to be your best friend, if you aggro and make it into a house fast enough and and they don't see which door you use and get away from the door, they might de-agro and not try to break it down if your close to a window they are still stupid like that and if need be attack them through a window or just hide out its sight and be quiet, its a bit cheesy but if needs must, its not like I can break up a table for planks or prop a chair up against the door, DayZ is rather limiting like that you gotta work with what you got....(wishful thinking, but there is a fortification mod on the server but that's for low tier base building not on the spot barricading) as I said stealth and patience are you going to be your best friends, I suggest binding the auto movement key to something close by, when sneaking you gonna have to walk rather than crouch run as you have low stealth skills, binding that key and using it alot will take your mind off "THIS IS SO FCKING SLOW" lol haha (just imagine you playing hide and seek with a pack of drawling freaks), avoid boots if you can they are loud, you can't stealth kill right away you need a perk for it, but be aware heavy attacks on unaware infected does do bonus damage anyway so its not a huge issues it just depends on the zombie type. you gonna have to think a bit more before looting somewhere, really ask yourself is it worth dying for haha, espically at the start, bandaging is more risky and require checking a few things, you can get wound infection from bandaging with bloody hands, searching Z's has a chance to make your hands bloody and really you want to take your gloves off and use disinfectant on your hands before you bandage.....clean hands and clean bandages are required and the infected can give you wound infection directly if they make you bleed. Vests and helmets are more important than ever, getting a concussion is going to cause you a world of pain, slows you down like your walking around drunk outta ya noggin and messes your vision right up, resting, preferably by fire place or taking meds like Nurox injector will fix it and there are some seriously good meds on the server like Vikasol that reduces bleed rate and Heparol (mis-spelt I think) that speeds up blood regen. cut a longer story short, you just gonna have to plan and think about what you do, wandering and roaming around aimlessly and just blundering your way through is going send you back to coast with all progress lost, so stashing and boarding up little outposts around the map is going make alot difference to retaining that progress. This server is pushing me to use all things survival in DayZ, had to change my play style and slow the pace a fair bit, I'm sure you probably could just get a little gear and go north but that require alot of luck :-) have fun and be sneaky

About the backpack, the little arrow at the top needs to be pointed downward to see the contents.
