Welcome to Bahrain's number 1 restaurant called Cut by the triple Michelin Star chef Wolfgang Puck. This incredible restaurant is not located anywhere, it is on the first floor of Bahrain's most luxurious hotel, the Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay.
As soon as you enter the hotel itself and slowly walk to the restaurant, the experience has already started. The luxurious décor, beautiful trees and pieces of art all around are simply incredible.
Upon arrival to Cut, you are faced with a spiral staircase with a beautiful and modern looking chandelier but don't worry, there is also an elevator.
The first thing we noticed when we sat at our table was the beautiful view of the Bahrain Bay. At night, this is a spectacle of its own.
If you are a wine lover, you are at the right place as the wine list is quite extensive with reds and whites from all around the world. We of course went for an Italian red which was delightful. The lowest price on the wine list is 30BHD for a bottle.
The food was, as expected, out of this world. Everything was filled with flavors from the bread platter to desserts. We also highly recommend the mac and cheese as a side as it is simply like none other you have had before or will ever have in the future. We truly think that there is no bad option on the menu so simply go with that you like.
Finally, the ambiance and service where just as great as the food served. The Cut restaurant is perfect for a date night or a special occasion. Simply be aware that with this level of fine dining, the price tag for everything follows.

We highly suggest that you get a reservation at least one week in advance. They do take drop-ins if you arrive at 7pm as soon as the restaurant opens. (Closed on Sundays)
