But Vince was happy in backtage fapping on "generic freaks" aka steroid bags that couldnt' wrestle at all

No because Dixie isn't believable. She's out there and her legs are shaking. And she has no crowd control. Just says things to get a reaction and is just a horrible talker. She should never have been doing in-ring promos. It should have always been behind a desk. She supposed to look important but you can't do that when everybody knows the financial situation of TNA because mostly smarks watch it. It would have went over better if her didn't even give a fuck enough to show up live and did all the promos via Titantron. And they just should have had somebody that can talk like maybe Al Snow enforce it. I agree it isn't as bad as people exaggerate and a lot of people say it CURRENTLY suck but haven't watched it in over 2 years because they bring up old angles. But based on that logic, I could say WWE sucks and then bring up Vince McMahon Kiss My Ass Club. The problem with them is they have no marketing skills. Only smarks know about it and smarks aren't big on paying for shit. And people who grew out of wrestling because of WWE have no clue it exists.

Its lack of marketing could be talked about more. Most of the rants by Solomonster and Don Tony are directed at what happens during the show. If Dixie Carter's on-screen character is what's wrong, then that doesn't explain TNA's first 10-11 years where she was rarely on TV. They phased out Dixie's authority figure character starting with Lockdown, and now she's off TV completely, but I think the Internet is still going to bash TNA no matter who they put on TV.

signerleo snyder I'm not even going to try and translate that, but from what I can gather you're saying WWE WILL want TNA's video library based upon the fact that it has footage of Angle, Jeff Hardy and Foley among others. This may be true, but I honestly cannot imagine WWE advertising TNA content on the Network, when TNA has always been the second-rate side-show in comparison to WWE. TNA has definitely had some great matches, but on the whole it's been a relatively embarrassing failure, especially these past 5-6 years. I think if WWE were to acquire TNA's video library, it wouldn't be for the sake of it being TNA footage, rather it'd be for the sake of the select few TNA wrestlers that WWE cares about since the ones they care about are all ex-WWE, WCW and ECW stars. You would likely not see TNA content on the Network being heavily pushed as TNA content, instead it'd be pushed as "Angle content" or "Jeff Hardy content" or "Sting content".

One of my main issues with TNA. They feel more childish at times than WWE which openly cater to children. TNA could do a bloody match one minute. Than have horseshit dump on a chick in a wedding story line at the same show. TNA is like the Imagine Comics in the 90s. They think they were a more adult product than marvel or DC. But in truth they were not. They just showed more blood than marvel and dc at the time.

WWE has single handily killed the wrestling fan base. they killed the competition with TV-14 attitude era. then when the competition was gone they went to boring pg. it's a shame. even kids don't want pg. lol their parents let them play GTA, Gears of War, Call of Duty, and watch Walking Dead. TNA is no WCW. they don't have the money. so they struggle to bring legitimacy to their brand outside of Jeff and Matt Hardy. i hope one day either WWE goes back to TV-14 or creates a separate show for TV-14/M wrestling or some sort of real competition can emerge otherwise. wrestling is on it's last leg for sure. numbers don't lie.

ANGELOWORLD4CHN I totally agree with you about Bobby Roode. He would make a great heel in WWE. You could argue that Austin Aries could be good at that roll as well. The only thing that would worry me is that the WWE would want to start them on NXT and change there name and gimmick. Both of those guys would need to go straight to the main roster with no name change.

If I'm correct, Panda Energy had already own 75% of TNA while Jarrett owned only 25%. Then after his fling with Karen, who was still with Kurt around that time, he was forced out of his stakes of the company in 2009. So that leaves the Carters with complete ownership of the promotion and rest is history and possibly TNA will unfortunately be history.

No, wrestling does not need Russo. I don’t hate him as much as many people do, but look at his track record. He had success in WWF because Vince McMahon was able to filter all of Russo’s ideas, using the good stuff and trashing the bad. And I’ve heard Russo get so mad whenever someone says that, but it’s the truth. He then goes to WCW in October 1999, a company in rough shape at the time but still could’ve been salvaged if someone came in with a plan, some organization, and was able to stop or at least slow down WCW’s financial bleeding. Instead Russo comes in, we see what a wrestling company looks like when his ideas go unfiltered, he’s allowed to do whatever he wants, acts like EVERYTHING in wrestling is fake besides just the outcomes of the matches, and a year and a half later WCW is dead. WCW may have eventually went out of business anyway but Russo definitely sped up their demise exponentially.

Ratings were different then. By your naive logic, TNA is doing better than WWE is right now cause their ratings then are better too. What about PPVs? TNA’s best PPV ever got 55K buys. And nothing came close to that again. AEW did twice that on their very first one.
