Glad you had a great time, the Christmas event looks great! We went in the summer for the first time and fell in love with this park. It has such a great magical and relaxed vibe about it. There was live music in each area and really worked with the hot summer nights. I highly recommend a summer visit 😎

In the rain troy is even faster then normal i already experience that and i was shocked how fast it was going then when it is dry and not raining 😅

Well... this was a pleasant surprise on a quiet Friday night. I was looking at visiting Toverland & Walibi this year, but we've settled on a long trip to Europa Park instead....did we make the right choice?

I’d be surprised if I prefer the Swarm over Fenix tbh. I’m going on the former for the first time this summer, the latter is my current number 2 behind Toutatis and my most ridden coaster of all time. (Yes it’s ahead of Untamed)

I’m still torn…. They both had very different rider experiences… Wodan at night (when the track was wet after a heavy downpour) was transcendent 😂

Happy new year sean! I've never been to efteling or European parks other than liseberg in 94, disneyland and port aventura last summer, I thought port aventura was awesome, is efteling better than port aventura in ur opinion?

Yup toverland needs 2 real darkrides and efteling can do with 2 good coasters. I mean the stuff efteling has probably is enough for the gp but it is a bit lacking for coaster nerd even if it is me home park.

Toverland released its masterplan some time ago however this doesnt mean Efteling remains silent 2024: Opening Danse Macabre, start new fairytale 2025: Opening new Efteling Grand Hotel, starting makeover Raveleijn and a new fairytale opening 2026: Finishing makeover Raveleijn and possible other things 2027: Start building tallest attraction of the park.

TOVER land is great but Fēnix is not good in the rain but I guess that is the same with any coaster.

Most coasters aren’t enjoyable in the rain but it was still a good ride all the same

Toverland just filed a massive masterplan to the local government until 2033 with two new themed areas with mulitple ride adittions and on site accomodations. Efteling is planning on a ride of 60m+ behind python in 2027. Toverland has said that they want to get as big in visitor numbers as Efteling in the next 20-30 years. So yeah, expect much from this park. Toverland has only one problem less then Efteling. Toverland does not have a height limit and nature reserve limit. Efteling on the other hand lies in a nature reserve and has a height and noise and carbon limit. So that brings extra challenges in adding rides.

@@LiftHillsandThrills Toverland released it's future plans: 2025: opening a resort with camping. Plus a ride replacement 2026: silent Year. 2027: constructing a brand new theme area with multiple rides and attractions. 2028: Opening of the new Theme area 2029: constructing a on-site Hotel 2030: Opening a Hotel 2031: Silent year 2032: constructing new theme area with multiple rides 2033: Opening new theme area. @@DJWezzyK For me it definitely needs a hotel and as long as some of those rides are dark rides I think it would be a great addition, it was the only two major things the park felt like it was lacking

Slight correction: Efteling is planning a ride at the back of the park that’s gonna be the tallest in the park and they can build to a maximum height of 60 meters at some points. The current tallest ride is 45 meters with Pagode, therefore it will be between 45 and 60 meters tall
