I’m looking to purchase one of these as a very oversized lunchbox, and considering the price I’m trying to make sure it’s what I really want/need. You’ve got the most useful review that I have seen in a long time. I was curious how well this cooler would work with the yeti branded ice, and you have greatly helped me out, especially with the temperature checks at various times. Thank you!

Part 4.... Yet Thin Ice WITH regular ice. Which is how they recommend using them... in conjunction with each other. 👍🏻

Not correct. Read the website exerpt below. "The YETI Thin Ice Pack is a ground-breaking innovation designed to be nearly 50% slimmer than YETI ICE and engineered to completely replace the need for regular ice inside your Coolers and Lunch Bags."

That would just be retarded. Use with regular ice completely defeats the purpose for using the thin ice.
