You know, this same thing happened to me years ago. When I kept going to my doctor for various ailments, he kept prescribing meds & sending me to various specialists. After reading about CRP, I studied my blood results to find high CRP then confronted him on why he didn't 1) link all my inflammatory aillments (joint pain, skin rashes, edema, etc.) to this, and 2) why after initialing my Hi CRP on the test, did not bring this to my attention. He agreed he should have and then referred me to an endocrinologist, but I decided to continue advocating for myself and take my health into my own hands. Now I try to eat a predominantly whole food plant based diet, with small amounts of animal protein and do both IF and prolonged fasting. Still on the journey with ways to go, but so far have lost over 50 lbs. BP has returned to normal and all swelling, rashes, aches have ceased!

@@meenamanaktala4389 I now follow a predominantly plant based ketogenic lifestyle, so have cut out a lot of carbs and NO sugar. Most of my carbs come from vegetables, so I do a lot of vegetable stews and veggie stir fries, sometimes with eggs. I use bread made from coconut flour instead of grains and treat myself almost daily with delicious chocolate smoothies made with avocado, nut milk, ice cocoa powder and stevia. I also use a lot of nuts and seeds but have learned to soak and sprout them to get rid of anti-nutients first. Yes, it takes a little preparation, but my motto is its better to make healthy choices now willingly or do it from a hospital bed later under compulsion. I choose to do it while I have my health and vitality. 😊 Hope this helps. I've started a channel where I plan to post more of my techniques and recipes.

C-Reactive and Homocysteine are 2 important blood test that everyone should ask the doctor to order to keep an eye on inflammation in one's system. I have been tracking mine foe 13 years... As a matter of fact, I go to the doctor twice a year to get my blood test. With the results,I know where I stand . Dr. Hyman is correct in saying the Specialist do not talk to each other, hence we have so many people on multiple drugs !!!!!

Can you please start a MEDICAL SCHOOL where you teach people of good will to become doctors, like yourself. The world needs this so badly, and so very many people are suffering all over the world because of the stupidity, the control and the greed of the currentl system. The human body is ONE SINGLE UNIT and cannot be treated as a collection of disjointed parts, which is the premise of the current approach. It is absurd!!! You Dr. Hyman are God's gift to the world... Infinite blessings...

@Iloveflowers2024
@Iloveflowers2024 5 жыл бұрын
I understand. I cut out grain for months and there was some improvement. But not a drastic improvement. It Still was not enough. I still couldn't cut down on prescribed meds. Another time I went vegetarian for 8 months. That didn't agree with me at all. I've done fasting. Fasting seems to help a little bit. But as soon as i eat again things go whacky again. And that would be grain free diet too. No sugar. Etc. Still not enough reduction in symptoms. I just have not been able to pin point it whether the culprit is food. Or if it is environmental or emotional. Or maybe a combination. I've been trying to get to the root of my problem for years. It is very discouraging and super tiring. I hope you've found answers since you posted.

Dr H, it’s unreal the doctors at HoAg in CALIFORNIA know nothing! I have Lupus, ulcerative colitis, now it’s gotten to IBD, lost 20 pounds can’t digest food, they never even took that bloodwork you just said. I’m vegan and have been plantbased for over 10 years , it truly saved me. I have never taken a drug, my triggers have been environmental, stress , isn’t sad how I have had to tell my doctors what it was. Where are you ? I need you.

If you're constipated (which seems to lead to more acid reflux and muscle pain), breathing excercises in combination with plums or carrots can help. Breath through the nose, slowly and let your stomach out as you breath in, then in as you breath out.

Thank you! at the end of this video you discuss the fact that the future of medicine will not call for specialists. Reminds me of hearing Buckminster Fuller speak when he said that specialists or 'experts' are terminal. That we need to be comprehensivists. tidan1 GWS and the pneumonia virus, it burns the body up.and attacks everything ! Dr .Stratton from Stanford University did a lot of research on this (fibromialgia , gws, p. virus) Joyce Riley wrote a lot about gws , there were 35.000 medical records missing. The soldiers unloading the micoplasma from the planes died. Disfigured babies, pets died. Dr. Gath Nickolson snd his wife discovered it. They're daughter got very sick and her cat died. Her biochemist parents figured it out. I was in.the ER years later wating to see the Dr. and met a man from Arabia, he said you have gws and I asked him how do you know? Because the American soldiers unloaded it from the planes ! I told him I had read that in an article from D.C. and it was on a radio show called coast to coast. Most people do not know about this. It is a horrible infection that burns you up, I have it. Dr. Powell found it. Mercury and Copper also burn the nerves. Well water should be checked, that's how we ALL got poisoned. Thanks for mentioning it . Sorry about the long comment but people need to know. They put ebv in the water in Lake Tahoe CA. and other places too. Deep breathing helps detoxify and baking soda is cooling and releases heavy metals. Wishing you happiness and health.

No, recent studies have found it's not just a glutton but other ingredients that are similar to The gluten protein that are causing problems as well just avoid all breads all carbo's meat vegetables fats very little fruit lots of freshwater you will feel like a million bucks eliminate all sugar and junk food and turn your back on coffee do that for 60 days and then go take a jog you will sit there in amazement at how far you can lightly jog even on the first day once you remove all the crud from your body are humans machines are just amazing if we run them right it's hard not to because we're all addicted to sugar from the day were born that's why they put sweeties on your binky
