@@theCIPC this webinar states that the company is placed in deregistration process after 3 years outstanding. This company was placed in dereg process for 2 years outstanding, and now it is deregistered. There was also no notice sent to the director for either of the occurrences. I am happy to submit all re-instatement documents. But I request that I please be put in contact with someone who can assist me directly.

@@theCIPC thank you. As stated prior, the company is AR final deregistered, I'm unable to check how much I owe thus far. Please assist with the below questions with sufficient info as possible 🙏🏾 1. Should It be possible for me to reinstate the company I understand I'm required 6 months banking statement provided the company has been operating when it got deregistered. How do I then also include(a) AFS/FAS ? Where do I get them? (b) How do I find out how much is owing as I'm unable to check. Entity is unable to file/check contact CIPC it says? 2. Should then I choose to re-register, (a) what happens to my bank account? Do I loose it or I can just update with new Enterprise number? (b) if I loose it, will the funds in the account be transferred to the new account, can you advise on that? 3. Are registration details be online and how long do they take?

CIPC does provide e-mail / sms reminders to directors (for companies) and members (for close corporations) PROVIDED that correct contact details have been provided to the CIPC when registering the business or updating its detail. CIPC will only re-instate a company or close corporation if: The company or close corporation was in business at the time of deregistration (Sufficient documentary evidence in the form of bank statements for a period of six months before and six months after deregistration are required). Immovable property is registered in the name of the deregistered business; or The court issued an order re-instating the company or close corporation. If none of the above can be proven by the documentary evidence, the CIPC will not re-instate the company or close corporation and it is advised that a new company be registered at a cost of R125.00 without a name and R50 for each name reservation application (provided that the standard default option is selected).

@@theCIPC on transact I'm unable to click/open the update directors details option, instead it say I should select the MORE option, but when I try to change the details it doesn't go through it says because the company is still in process of re-instatement of which on the e-services it says ACTIVE
