Not really...see I really love my ex I also broke up with him 7 weeks ago due to his game playing...weve had no contact and although I do still love him the distance created between us now I don't want him back even if he did now get in contact....I need connection and interaction to keep things alive, distance I learn to deal with it and get over it, I'm more a out of sight out of mind kinda girl rather than absence makes the heart grow fonder type, doesn't mean I've stopped loving him though xo

I absolutely agree what you said. You have to think with your own mind and without think what they are thinking, this is give them control of you. Completely. You have to think about who you are today and don't let the thought and feeling of the thought overcomes on your present. It's so fucking hard. I wish i knew it before the breakup and when he lost interest. First off i suppose everyone here should be able to tell them self to be healthy instead of emotional unstable. I really hope i will be happy with myself soon even if i have down and be healthy enough and strong enough to get him back. I dreamt i was texting him and i get him back, poor me, i was so happy. Thanks again for the amazing content you made today too! I was looking for it! Now i really just to take actions based on me :( everyone if they fix this they are in a good spot for themself and in case for getting their ex back. A hug from italy.

Bankers4life for real? Well every experience is pretty different cause we are unique so we create also unique relationships. Anyway i hope you are still together, i'm 100% sure i can also help her! Actually i'm dealing with up and down, negative thoughts are killing my hopes. This morning i was so happy by myself and superconfident but i had a bad thoughts that makes me unsure about what i want now... it is hard to deal with these. But i'm learning to listen to them and to accept them with calm and chill. I have no idea how to contact people in private but if you want to tell me your story you will be welcome mate.

Coach Adrian I would like to say thank you for all your videos and advise , you helped me a lot for the last two years . I was going through the most difficult time in my life. It helped me not to feel lonely and depressed . I still have anxiety and sometimes feeling down but slowly I am getting better. I never get back with my ex but I am happy that finally I feel free from that terrible person who put me in so much pain and suffering . Once again thank you !!!

I am grateful for having to view a few of your videos about relationships and the 'process' of what may or may not happen during and or after breakup. I feel empowered and hopeful that my relationship will blossom once again. There are at times doubt and worry which I immediately erase from my mind bc it only attracts more. Make the change and then tryda work it out. Put your head down and grind for 6 months and really focus on your issues. Therapy, journal, read, workout, self-development is KEY to pretty much eveything in life. You become a better version of yourself and eventually get her back or find somebody else! Good luck!

My ex lives with me so she can go to school and she completely trust me here. But I miss her and want her back. She broke up because I almost gave up on myself but now for the first time I have my own place, lost weight and going back to boxing. Now its been two weeks and we laugh and play games together. I keep my distance and hide my emotions. But one thing for sure we always made each other happy. Im continuing my career in my new job and boxing to keep improving me. Today she ask me to go to the movies with her tomorrow, is that a sign that Im close?

Ok what’s the difference if they are testing you or just playing Games? My ex I’d say has now moved on , i only texted him yesterday for Father’s Day and he replied straight away with thank you ! Nothing else was said .. I cried over and over and can’t do it no more , obviously he don’t care ..i will continue to watch all these videos hopefully one day I’ll meet a man that will actually care and I’ll be more understanding how men operate.

My ex started showing up to my building where I work more often in the last couple of months, however, he's now moved to a different state with the girl he left me for. I was always wondering if that was his way of testing me and why he was doing that. I tried not to make anything out of it though. I've been in no contact for 5 months now and counting. He also told me that he was blocking my number but later found out he never did. Does that also seem like his way of testing me? I had chased for a while after and realized my mistakes there but suddenly stopped after I started gathering my emotions and began to implement my change.

As soon as accepted want she wanted, I start seeing jealously attempts and unblocking to see if I’m stalking her... it’s best I just don’t do anything... game I don’t want to play. She’ll hopefully reach out now she knows I can stand on my own 2 feet. I do love her but I didn’t walk away, she did.

Hi I just came to know about your channel and it’s amazing you guys are doing superb job..You guys really helping the people and congratulations for the same ..Similarly I need ur advice pls if feasible ..Okay my scenario is this girl is not my gf,we know each other from last 6 months,we hang around a lot,went movies,drink together ,met her friends .And I have confessed her many times that I don’t see her as my friend and I want more than that..But she said she don’t see anything in romantic angle..Even after all this we keep on hanging around ,meeting ,drinking ,texting..But last weekend I asked her out and she said she was lazy and tired and I was bit upset cos she refused my invitation 3rd time in a row as she had some another engagements..She told me plan one meet in 14-15 June .I said I can’t plan so advance.Then she didn’t replied and on Monday she asked whether I’m angry with her.I said no and I don’t have any right to be angry..Is just I don’t know u I think..And she simply replied ok.. After that Their is no conversation and it’s really giving me pain and I don’t know whether I should stay no contact or not ?

What you both said sounds so right,..I do think that it’s horrible exes test us.. It’s like I’m at a job interview with them. Also, is there any hope my ex will contact me again , after I didn’t pass the test? I really want him back, and nobody else😢

I was tested very early on in the breakup.... and I failed lol! She reached out, full of doubt and guilt...and I reacted with being cold, dismissive, and rude. I know... Hindsight is 20/20, and considering the mess I'm in NOW, I would have played it much differently. I was SO focused on bettering her and being "hurt feelings guy" that I was ignoring all the "shut up and kiss me" hints she was throwing at me...add to that Two 35+ day no contact periods gone by (with a terribly botched at the last second meetup in the middle) and now her blocking me on WhatsApp after reaching out to her on her birthday recently all tell me, she's feeling guilty, but my reaction is just pushing her away... she's now in a rebound basically to spite me....and I think the frustration of the disastrous position she's put herself in is feeding the problem. (Painted herself into a corner scenario) Well... after my reach out on her birthday (in an attempt to elicit an emotional response AND sabotage any birthday evening date she may have had planned) I think got SO deep inside her head that I did indeed get the emotional response, but not the one I planned on! Anyway... nothing I can do, other than just delve into my new direction as an Airline pilot (recently transitioned from Military aviation) , keep going to Colombia and bang my "roster of hotties" down there until her rebound has run its course, and she comes to her senses. In the meantime, C'est la vie! Live life...

Big Sky 1991 oh no....I’m in the same situation. My ex reached out to me yesterday at 8pm (with something that reminded him of me). It took up more than half of my screen and I didn’t respond until the next day at 10am with a dry response. He then messaged me a question 10mins later and I didn’t respond for another 6 hours with another dry response. He then messaged me after 20 mins and yet again I gave him a dry response. He hasn’t responded yet. Btw my responses were two words. Do you think I...lost him...forever? 😭

Hello I have a question! After no contact for a while my ex girlfriend contacted me and we had positive texts back and forth, after a few days I asked if she wants to meet up and she said yes, after texting her some more she mentioned the idea of moving away and I responded neutrally/ positively (to not look needy) a little after that when I asked about meeting up she changed her mind. Was this a test from her to see if I was still committed or interested in her and if so did I fail? I know it's not good to look desperate but should I communicate to her that I still care? Were currently stuck in the same house until our contract runs out in 5 months. She says that she fell out of love and that everytime she sees me she only feels irritated. We've been together for 7 years and we know each other almost inside out. Could you please provide me a 5 month plan of what to do to evolve and let her see that I am changing. Thanks for the videos! Do you have specific advice for an ex who is testing you by seeing if you will have sex with them? My ex and I broke up after 3 years because we grew complacent and stopped haven’t intimacy. I want to show him that I have changed, so I have been flirting back with him to build the attraction, however, I know that a golden rule is to NOT have sex with an ex who you want back until they commit. Hello Sir , Im a fan of this amazing channel and I want to learn from you about my love problem I'm a having a hard time of my ex we been together for almost 3 years because our house is in the same place he knows I love him tho he's being insensitive and doesnt care at me all but still Im hoping that one day he realized it . we saw each other last Monday were fine that day untill his mood change and said he doesn't want to talk to me i ask but he never seen it or response it. and then i let him then after 1 day I tried to get in touch with him at first its fine untill he become moody and annoyed of my presence because i chat him and i ask him why he's being like that and he said its not his obligation to call or even message me so i kept asking what did I do wrong aside from trying to call and talk to him but instead of answering it he blocked me without saying any single words that satifies me so i respect it and let him but i leaved him a message that Im sorry if i do something wrong and he always take cre of his self so i didn't get any response since that day so I try the no contact rule for almost 4 days and boom im shocked because he drop here buy me some ice cream and ask me about how I cook the last meal I cooked at him and i Act natural and then goodbye to me after. its quite hard becoz I miss him badly but I control myself the questions that I want to ask you Sir is that after that scene Im still blocked by him ?what should I do now?how can I react ?what is in his mind? thank you Im hoping that you help me i dont have any support group due to quarantine so please a piece of advice thank you sir

He broke up with me and I didn't no contact, he text me after 2 weeks saying he thinks we can still have something special and I said we should talk in person about this and he said I agree, then he didn't reach out at all....I was waiting for him to come forward and take action. Few days after I text him asking if he still wants to talk and he said because I didn't reach out to him that he came to think that I'm moving on and that as much as it hurts we made the right decision and then he said he loves me so much and all that. Did I miss the opportunity? What should I do now?

Hi Thank you so much for this topic, I also needed to hear this. I would love to see if you could go more into detail on the kind of testing if possible. I failed and reacted and lost my power. He has been reaching out but now has turned into negatively and blame. I showed desperation and jealousy and now blocked me on everything. I reacted to his what I believe his test. Letting me know what I did wrong. It was his 3rd time reaching out and I reacted in neediness of proofing to him that I didnt do ion purpose which wasn't a big issue. Just wanted a reaction . I was being peaceful and calm.

Hi Adrian, Me and my wife are legally separating next month. She decided to part ways however now mostly its her who calls me and she checks how im doing. Last week i called her out for lunch and she came along without any hesitation. She was emotional, angry and upset which means she is not over me yet. I expressed myself and told that i want her to reconsider this relationship without being needy or desperate and told her that if she is happy leaving me, then she can do it so. 2 days after our meet up i get anonymous calls from some unknown number and unknown person. He says he sees my wife with some person going in his car during break and after office hours. This is the second call im getting after a gap of 1 month. I never called my wife and asked about this incident. i dont know if its her who's asking her friends to call me so that i move on to another relationship. Or is this a test from her to check if i lose my temper by calling her or if i become emotionally weak after hearing this? How should i proceed further?

Hello guys, thank you for this amazing content, it helps many people out there, including me. After going NC, my ex reached out to me 9 days later, asking how I am. She said she felt "awkward" not being able to reach out to me, that she couldn't resist to reach out because she still cared. Yet, she thinks it's the right decision not to continue the relationship - it was short term but very intense. I replied, that our chemistry is simply too strong to stay friends. What should I do next?

What does it mean to be tested? My ex ghosted me after several months together, then a week later was with another guy. When a mutual friend asked her what happened, my ex told her I was moving too fast, made her feel guilty for not going on a trip with me. How does that make sense, when we were together for months before the trip? She had plenty of time to say she didn't want to go and how was I moving too fast if she got with and sleeping with another guy a week after breaking up with me?

I have kind of an odd question, my ex just got into a relationship with another girl he has known not long. We still text and I think he is an attention seeker from everyone. I think he is looking for someone to validate him. If I just start giving him A lot more compliments and validation in pics he sends do you think he will come back to me? He doesn't see his new gf much. I did no contact and it seems like when I don't give him attention or talk to him he feels down. We have known eachother 7 years.

hey coaches! im wondering if you guys could make a video on re-establashing contact after a long stage of no contact! i feel like i should break no contact because i neglected my ex emotionally and gave her little to no attention. im seeing the effects of no contact as i feel much better and i do believe i have changed. im ready for her and if shes not willing to work things out id like some closure! thanks foreverything yous have helped me everyday throughout my break up recovery :)

What if she replied that the fact he thought it was a test proved to her that he was still jealous and thinking in complicated ways (I’ve been there that’s why I’m asking) they won’t admit they are testing you and you risk being accused that you still have that in your mind Just a thought

I wonder if my separated wife is testing me I hope she is . She contacts me daily I don’t live their but still pay the rent , she sends me pics but tells me she needs space sometimes she sees me she jumps passionately on me other rimes tells me she hates me . She had weight loss surgery in May and her hormone levels must be sky high I can’t take the anticipation anymore if she didn’t love me why would she not cut me off completely ? I’m very confused

Hi my ex broke up with me 5 days ago and has been contacting me during the 'no contact' period. She has just stated today that she's pregnant. I don't want to break the no contact period, however this news is important to me....any suggestions into 1. Should I break the no contact period? and 2. How shall I approach the situation via text or call (What to say etc)?

a yr since I seen her and I looked around I saw her a register behind me checking out and we locked eyes but didn't say nothing. and then 2 more times within 2 weeks, then the recent time I saw her again she came through my register and i think she try talk to me but I treated her as another person. Only reason I done nothing yet because I don't know what she is thinking or doing.

Hey coaches, my ex wrote me a letter back after I sent her the handwritten letter that I wrote based off of your website. She then texted me the next day asking if I had gotten her letter and I replied "yes". She then asked me "so are we cool?" What should I say? I am still a little hurt by the things she said and did after the breakup. It has been a month of radio silence and I don't know how I should respond or even If I should. What should I do?

She probably expects you to be heartbroken and want to fight her on what she said. Instead, agree with what she’s said and tell her you’re focusing on yourself right now. Like they show in this video, when people get a reaction they don’t expect, it causes them to rethink everything they know

During the stay at home for the virus. I would go over to my exes with her dad cause him and I are really close. When she broke up with me I accepted the break up and didn’t chase or beg. I feel like it upset her cause I have in the past and no longer will chase her. If she wants me she can talk to me and I’ll be open to hear her out. But when I go over she gives me the hot and cold behavior. And sometimes she will even gets on her phone and start texting. I don’t give her a reaction. When I text her about business. Could be about anything but to see how she’s doing etc... she always replies. But when I’m with her she’s cold and hot. am I being tested?

My ex broke up with me 2 1/2 weeks ago after 7 1/2 months. We are both in our late 40's. He spent a lot of time getting to know my kids esp my 9 year old. He ended it because he said he didn't want a relationship, didn't love me or love me enough to try a diff dating routine after the current lockdown eases & it was done. During lockdown his behaviour wasn't great ie would ignore my contact for days despite telling to contact him amongst other things. Prior to lockdown we saw each other 3 times a week & had a video call the other 4 evenings. We were going to change that. He lives with parents & does nothing other than work, see me and watch tv even though I encouraged him to see friends but he didn't. There has been no contact either way since the day we split - 15th May. The day we split he blocked me on whatsapp but unblocked me the next morning. Day after the split he changed his facebook & instagram profile pic from one of us to one of his grandaughter and made his status single. A week after the split he blocked me on whatsapp again - am currently still blocked. 2 days ago I was, along with 2 of my daughters, unfriended on facebook. I was doing no contact. Should I have contacted him to talk about stuff during the week I was unblocked? Was thay my window and he thought I had moved on as I didn't contact him? Should I try to call now? I didn't like or comment on any of his facebook stuff beyween being blocked on whatsapp & unfriended on facebook. Was that my other chance to show I still wanted him? Is there any chance of reconciliation? Or him reaching out?

My ex contacted me and said " it seems like you're doing better now. Let me know if you need any help with anything." And then I said " i thought you didnt want to talk anymore." And he responded " kinda right I guess I'm not used to you not responding much anymore. I just dont want to be friends if theres a hidden agenda." I'm really confused

Yesterday in a group video chat, he kept on trying to call me and somehow he got into our group video chat, and tried to make me jealous with him and his new girlfriend dancing and hugging and all that stuff. Is there any deep thoughts behind this?

He is obviously not over you, he wants to make you jealous because he still wants you and he is being immature about it, so he uses this new rebound relationship to try and make you feel bad

hey coach Alex My ex gf broken up last 4 months ago... I chased her and begged her around 15 days... after that I started no contact .... in between NC I saw my ex blocked me on Facebook then later she unblocked too ... after completing NC first I done with message to reach her... she talked me of 2-3 text and then she started ignoring my text later I disappeared for 10-15 days and once again i texted her and apologized my mistake over text to her .... and finally she said she dont want to be in relastionship with me and told me to stop dramas .... and blocked me on fb .... and i noticed yesterday once again she unblocked me on fb...... and finally I blocked her from everywhere... am not able to understand why she behaving like this .... blocking and unblocking, ignoring my text and all please help me please coach Alex and how can I get her back

Hey guys. Awesome job with these videos. I don't lime that I have to watch these videos to calm my anxiety, but it helps so thanks. I think my ex is pissed that I didn't chase after her. It's been 2 and a half months. We have a child together that primarily lives with her. I talk to our daughter everyday. Mom. Not so much. 10 yrs off and on again. She still loves me and I her but, she said she's not taking back because of things that I've done over the years. In one conversation we had (a bit heated) she asked me what has changed since the breakup. Do I still have hope?

In the beginning I was blocked on Snapchat a month of no contact today i was just unfriended on fb not blocked I haven’t reacted our relationship has been basically 2 years we tried breaks twice but came back together fast she initiated the break up she felt I was too needy lost attraction and my trust for her slipped due to old mistake in the past . He dumped last week by email the day after a one week trip together in the Caribbean that he paid for entirely.😔. He wrote that he came to the conclusion that we are not an ideal match with no specific reason and that he considered it more as a friendship . He added that was not the sole reason for the breakup as he wrote that his 16 year old daughter needs him (she’s very complex) his horrific breakup with his ex 6 years ago. He also wants to be friends in the future and I never responded to his email. He did send me a random text of a KZfaq video early the next morning regarding a book on negotiation I showed him that I bought. Don’t understand why. Still sad 😞 about all of this. We dated for 4 months and had a great connection and I was never clingy or needy, I’m very independent. He is 21 years older than me and lives a few minutes away from me. I will not contact him as I never chase. So disappointed 😔

We was following each other on instagram since the breake up, he postet some times storys with other girls, I haven't react to it. But this year after we texted again I saw that he met a girl. I was jelaous and confronted him with it. He pulled away and we haven't spoke again since that. Yesterday I deleted him completly on instagram, because he postet a story with a girl bag again. This whole business of getting back with your ex shouldn’t be an ongoing thing. Yes, the best way to get her/him back is to break off contact, but there’s a good chance it won’t work, so it should be a time for you.
