I was raised Catholic, and I am grateful that I came to know that Jesus is my Lord and Savior. We were not allowed to read the Bible and finally when I was older, we were told we could. Most problem I have with those who continue to follow Catholicism is that they believe Peter is the head of the Church. I stopped believing that because I know that Jesus is the one we follow

Thank you Pastor Jack, I so needed to hear this message today. I struggle with Chronic PTSD, I know and love the Lord like no other, but I still have struggles daily with myself despite my faith. I have no doubts about whom I follow with fervor daily but I can't seem to get out of this mental pit that I find myself psychologically mired in. Your teaching of the Word has brought me far in the past 18 months and I love how you deliver God's Word in the most relatable and thoughtfully accurate way. Pray for me and the healing of my mind (I am reasonably intelligent but not so much colloboration is going on all the time between my brain and stimuli). I know God could think me healed but His plan and timing are always perfect and so I am patiently and actively waiting yet also pursuing Him like He is my first love. Perhaps this is TMI, but I have a sincere hope to be more fruitful in my walk with Him. God Bless you and your family.. May He bless you all abundantly.

Fear of death IS the prob. Anything we do can lead to death. Fear leads to panic, but Jesus has broken that fear. Put your faith in He who sustains. We only die for so long... 😉

I really love listening to Pastor Jack's teachings. Although we have some wonderful Pastors here in Texas but we could use another one. It's possible that the books (plural) referred to are the book of deeds. John’s mention of “books” is an allusion to Dan. 7:10, where the prophet sees a heavenly vision of the Ancient of Days and the Son of Man. Daniel reports, “The court was convened, and the books were opened.” there are two books mentioned in scripture: “the book of deeds or remembrances and the book of life…. The book of deeds or remembrances is described in Ps. 56:8; Mal. 3:16 and Rev. 20:12-13. Any clarification on this?

There are such things as incarnated angels...Just as CHRIST is God incarnate, God can send an angel to be born as a human messenger and incarnate them...It's very rare and few and far between...But even fallen angels can incarnate into human form...The Bible states that angels can take human form....You have to be able to discern all of these things...
