1/2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp citric acid
1 full cup water
2 bowl besan
1 pinch of turmeric powder
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp baking soda
For syrup
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp mustard seeds
4 green chillies
10/12 Curry leaves
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp salt
pinch of asafoetida
For garnishing
chopped coriander leaves
greted coconut.
