She was getting 100 cores valuation with the 4. Just because of the discussion with Aman, and him anyways not joining it fell back to 75 cores with the existing sharks itself.

This sounds to me like selling packaged foods to restaurants instead of directly to consumers, the restaurants get packaged food from DILFOODS then cook it according to instructions and then serve their customers, if DILFOODS packaged products are so good then why not directly sell to customers which will be cheaper rate then that served at restuarants for the consumers. The founder has just complicated the packaged food industry, maybe I am wrong but wont you rather buy a packaged food from the reatail store and cook it yourself then to just to visit the restaurant to get it cooked. Example would be of a maggie, most people just buy it from the retail store and cook it in home but only a fraction of people go to a restaurant to have a maggie.

No doubt she has a great aura and has excellent control over her business, but the fact that raised by Aman, he would be there where it's needed, that means he wanted to say that, too many Sharks means too much burden to return the investment money. So, I'm not sure how it works but she may do well in her deals, and for Aman, it was a fair decision by his own choice!!
