Animation is mid, the cgi, the slideshows. It´s so mid rn, they should take a break and up their budget.

Let’s be honest, the animation is extremely underwhelming but the story and hype carries this series so hard. For a sports anime, if it had Kuroko no Basket levels of animation it would be the best thing out right now (probably)

@Mos the problem is not this current animation in Bluelock (that imo was the best animated ep in the last 5 eps or more). The problem is that nowadays we are so used to have shows with an amazing animaton that we are always dissatisfied for animations that "aren't amazing". The people that complain about this animation is the same people that didn't watched Naruto and other shows as kids for the pure hype and story

Some dude said that the animators from the first half of the season werent available for the second one - which would be a plausible explanation (no source however) Its People like you who are the Problem. The obvious problems have been pointed out by a lot of people. Why defend the worse quality? If they see we are actually fine with that chances are they wont increase the budget on the second season (which will come 100%). Stop lowering industrial qualitys by beeing fine with everything and brushing off legit critisism

Here is Isagi adapting to nagi's game to score with nagi, isagi can update his weapon, thats why hes becoming better and better. with bachira, he plays and scores when he can. im not saying nagi is better than bachira but the trio would be legendary... thats why the creator had to separate them lol

I think the animation is pretty good and don't know what people are complaining about. I've easily been more hyped throughout these past 17 episodes of Blue Lock than I ever have been throughout the entirety of Demon Slayer. Good animation doesn't make a good story.

I think the more players around that take the focus away from him, the better Isagis ability to position himself in blind spots becomes. In 2v2 it was way harder than when going up on the players count. Barou and Nagi require so much attention that Isagi can move through the shadows and position for the perfect direct shoot. Since if we win we go up in players, Isagi becomes better and better and others see his true value skyrocketing, like they did in this episode.
