It's deload week!! Today we had to max out our power clean and squat heavy with low volume. The goal is to peak for the dunk session at the end of the week.
However.. we had an impromptu low rim dunk session after we finished lifting and we ended up creating a new dunk and going viral for it! It's a double transfer with a partner all done in the air(different from just a regular double alley oop because we jump at the same time), and even did a variation with a 360.

hey isaiah just a tip for your squats bro try to keep your head parallel with your back so dont look up or forward look slightly downward at an angle, its helped me a lot performing squats more comfortably you should try it bro, good work btw

I legit feel like i could dunk but i just dont know the approach im like 6”0 and am prob gonna grow more but like i just cant get the pyhsics in my brain every jump is diff like i cand grab the rim and the other jump i dont even touch it aswell i have a solid wingspan and can grab the ball easily

I can deadlift more than I can hang clean. Upper body strength severely lacks, compared to lower.

You should do heavy you need to increase your squat/deadlifts max and also do some clean and box jumps and sprints.
