It's deload week!! Today we had to max out our power clean and squat heavy with low volume. The goal is to peak for the dunk session at the end of the week.
However.. we had an impromptu low rim dunk session after we finished lifting and we ended up creating a new dunk and going viral for it! It's a double transfer with a partner all done in the air(different from just a regular double alley oop because we jump at the same time), and even did a variation with a 360.
