I have always cooked like this but in cooker. With fresh ginger garlic(added in hot oil before meat so that we don't get the raw taste of the paste) Very easy. Very quick.

Everything superbly explained... especially why prepare with "ghee"or "mustard oil", which pieces of mutton used, concept of "heat" when cooking etc...only 1 thing which is conflicting is "🍅"..Chef Ranveer Brar says "mutton aur 🍅 ka koi Mel nahi - mutton ke saath kaande ka Mel hai"... anyway it appears to be quite good...
