ISEC Safety Video & Animation of Propane Storage Tank Fire Accident

On January 13, 2011, the flare line ruptured and propane released from its storage tank. Propane gas found an ignition source, leading to an explosion and fire that killed one worker.
ISEC investigated about this accident and produces the safety video and animation.
This video has been produced in 2011.

Whoever runs that channel needs to create their own channel. It's so good, accurate, and sans the bullshot drama.
