Kahoh Ishino, a calligrapher, provides useful information for calligraphy beginners and experienced calligraphers under the theme of "Enrich your life with calligraphy!"
I try to make videos that even inexperienced people can think that calligraphy is fun.
In the videos I distribute, I will introduce "practice methods to improve calligraphy", "learning methods and ideas for calligraphy", "introduction to calligraphy techniques", and "recommended calligraphy tools and reference books".
Besides that, I also do more practical videos like "Correction Videos" and "Q&A Live" where I answer any questions about calligraphy.

I am a mother of two children aged 4 and 2. I opened a calligraphy class at the age of 22 and have over 200 members.
At the age of 29, I closed a successful calligraphy class in order to take on new challenges.
I will "stop the trend of calligraphy population decline" and increase "people who can enrich their lives with calligraphy" all over the world.
In order to make these dreams come true, I will launch a calligraphy group, "Calligraphy Research Kahoh Bunsha".
Today, the number of members continues to grow all over the world.

華鳳先生今日もメッチャかわいいです。肩に力が入るのは、僧帽筋が2系統の神経支配を受けているから力みやすいのだと思われます。あと肋間筋が固まっていて肋骨が縮こまっていると体幹の力が使えず、それを補うために僧帽筋に力が入ってしまうのだと思われます。息を大きく吸い込み、肋骨をガバッと広げて腹圧をかければ、自然と体は真っ直ぐになり僧帽筋の力みも取れます。腹圧がかかって体に軸ができれば線は力強く伸びやかになり雄大な字が書けます。「書道はスポーツ」まさにその通りだと私も思います! 筋肉は一生物の服!

素晴らしいコメント有難うございます。 生徒さん達に「姿勢、姿勢っ！」とだけ言っていましたが、「①胸で大きく息を吸って②お腹に力を入れて③ゆっくり息を吐きながら肩の力を抜く」☞「はい！今のそれが良い姿勢！」と教える事が出来そうです。とても参考になりました。本当に有難うございます。

書道を習って10年以上間違った持ち方、親指を伸ばして筆を持っていました。筆の持ち方、めちゃめちゃ大切じゃないですか。かなりショック。一度も教えられたこともなく、ずっとゆらゆらのままで書いていました。この動画で本当に救われました。書道はスポーツ！同感です。これからも発信をよろしくお願いします。

側筆癖が治らずどうしたものかと悩んでいましたが、筆を持つ親指の影響でした。親指を伸ばして筆をもっていたため、どうしても筆が寝てしまう事が原因だったようです。親指の先と薬指の爪側と人差し指の根元の3点で筆をキープし、人差し指と中指を添える持ち方（この時は親指が必然的に曲がります）ですと、自然に筆が立つ事になります。永年改善しなかった事が、一発で解決しました。本当にありがとうございました。感謝申し上げます。

書道はスポーツ。まさに私もそう思っていました。 条幅を書く時に実感しやすいものの、机で静かに座って書く時も実は全身運動だと。そのような指導をいただける先生に出会えてとても嬉しいです。 紙に現れるのは、自分の運動の結果。心と体をコントロールするトレー二ングとして長く楽しんでいきたいです。

Good morning! I'm loving watching your videos with Portuguese subtitles. I have a question regarding the position of the hand and fingers when holding the brush. I can hold it as explained in the video, but to elevate the wrist as the teacher exemplified, the tip of the index finger stays above the thumb (and not below as I see the teacher holding) because I have short fingers. To get the position of the fingers, as the teacher explained, the wrist stays straight. To get the wrist in a higher position, as the teacher explained, the tip of the index finger is above the thumb (and since the finger is short, it is not possible to extend it until it is below the level of the thumb). Is this feature very important, or is it irrelevant? Otherwise, no one with short fingers will be able to hold the brush correctly, correctly fulfilling the requirements for the position of fingers and wrist simultaneously. ありがと ございます (Arigato gozaimasu; Thank you).

I've already managed to get my index finger in the correct position (a little below the thumb) when I hold the brush with my wrist slightly raised. I was making a mistake that I managed to correct.

親指の位置が人差し指の上にあるのが、良くないですね。人差し指と中指の指先の間くらいに置くべきです。手首が動くのは論外です。
