Isiah was completely on fire for those Finals, nobody could check him. When his shot was falling like that, it was almost impossible to guard him because you couldn't have a little cushion to prevent his major driving skills anymore, and to double-team or help off of a passer like Zeke was a no-no. Great upload.

Amazing performance. Now is great to look back and see what he did. But what is spine chilling is that back in the heat on the moment... when this was about to happen... you knew it would happen. Isiah Thomas was a true monster of the game when the game was played as hard as you could imagine.

Of all the games #IsiahThomas has played throughout his career with the #DetroitPistons, game 1 of the #1990NBAFinals was by far his best game. Game 6 of the #1988NBAFinals runs a close second.

I saw better. The 1985 3-0 sweep of New Jersey, he just dominated them, including the series clinching jumper in Game 3.

I remember that performance well. Portland was going to win that game but it was Thomas to the rescue. Game 2 was similar but Portland pulled that one out. Then Porter said the series would be finished at their crib. He was right.
