Just finished the Fate Series recently. I've watched Zero and all the three routes for FSN. It was really an amazing experience. Really enjoyed the show a lot. Currently watching Fate/Apocrypha and I hate it lol. The show and the mc feels so bland. And it's kinda cringy as well with all the forced dialogues. But here you go a reaction mashup for the Fate Series. Iskandar is one of my favorite character in the whole franchise. His noble phantasm is also my favorite. Anyway please enjoy the video! :D

just for a fact, the written name of "ionian hetoranoi" is 「王之軍勢」, which literally means "the army of the king".

True, but that’s actually basically a subtitle, all noble phantasms have one. Excalibur’s is Sword of Promised Victory for example. Ionioi Hetairoi itself means Ionian Companions

Gilgamesh is still the strongest heroic spirit, nobody can beat him unless you have main character powers You could maybe argue that this doomed Iskandar because it potentially caused Gil to take him seriously and thus go all out when they fought, the only way to beat him is through his own arrogance

When you think about it, this attack could actually beat most of the other servants in this holy war. Assassin got rekt, Bluebeard would prolly lose if not in that weird monster form, Diarmuid wouldn't stand a chance, Lancelot would be tough but would also loose because sheer amount of numbers

@@w1nther930 Actually no, Arturia with Avalon can't win against Gilgamesh, the fact that Gilgamesh can't damage her doesn't equal to Arturia winning against him, the only servants that can actually stand against him are the grands and Enkidu, I mean, that's why he was created. While he can't damage Arturia, he can kill her master. Sha Naqba Imuru is a thing too.

Problem is that he usually closes Sha Naqba Imuru as he considers having it open the whole time makes things too boring. So unless the situation is dire or something he fails to comprehend he never bothers opening. As for Arturia with Avalon can win Gilgashmish (that's basically what she did in the fate line), but it requires a lot of luck and she has to strike the right time. As in the fate line of the series she used it to block EA and striked an excalibur at the time when Gil was charging up for a second blow. In other words it's possible for an Avalon Arturia to win, just chances or not that high as it sounds. @@LordDonkara

God it's such a good scene. For people who have both watched Fate/Zero and (early-ish) Game of Thrones, does anyone get a Dani vibe from Iskandar? Like especially with walking miles upon miles with an army she won the hearts over rather than through brute force? I know she was based a little bit on Alexander the Great so it makes sense.

Well...to make it simple, there's still debates going around stating that Alexander the Great is not the same person as Iskandar. Some says it was Cyrus The Great was the real Iskandar. The debates still went on till today. Regardless, both are great figures.

iskandar summons his army of 50000 servants that defeated darius the 3rd 3 times while leonidas makes spiritual copies of the 300 soldiers that went with him to fight the persians. the scale is on a completely different level.

Probably so, Genghis can probably be summoned as either Archer and Saber for lower tier Spirit Origin, or Rider and Ruler as higher tier Spirit Origin. Either way, his Noble Phantasm would be more similar to Athanaton Ten Thousand or Thermopylae Enomotia instead of Ionian Hetairoi, probably, though im still a bit contradicted about this. I mean, the basic concept of Iskandar's NP is Reality Marble. It's much like Shiro, who instead able to project and create blades, he create a world where unlimited number of blades resides. Iskandar's NP share the same traits, its his imaginary world where his army reside and wait for his command, instead of just calling each one of them into the real world. By doing this, they can overlapped the mana consumptions requirement. I mean, it'll take tons of tons of Mana to summon every soldiers under Iskandar's banner since each of them are equal to a servant anyway. But looking back at how Leonidas, and Darius III call upon their armies, I'm a bit conflicted. But perhaps, if Genghis were summoned as Caster much like Zhang Jue, perhaps he could afford to call his massive armies to real world.

The Fate series begins and ends with fate Zero. None of their stories will ever come close to the Fate Zero project.

Author stated that even Excalibur cant withstand the NP of Iskandar. Because there is so many people. like +100.000 peoples. They will clap every servant. He just faced the strongest servant, Gilgamesh. Which owns a sword that "Rips" through space and time. And because this is a Reality Marble, which is an Space-Time Ability. Gilgamesh used Enuma to rip the reality, and break out of the reality marble. Im just saying he will clap every other servant he just faced the wrong opponent.
