INGREDIENTS :
• Yellow split moong dal - 1/4 cup
• Green split moong dal - 1/4 cup
• Rice - 1/2 cup
• Water - 4 cup
• Pumpkin - 1 cup (diced)
• Carrot - 1
• Potato - 1 (medium sized)
• Tomato - 2
• Black Gram (optional)
• Ginger
• Asafoetida (Hing) - a pinch
• Turmeric (Haldi) - 1/2 tsp
• Green Chili - 2
• Salt - 1 tsp
(Chaunk) छौंक लगाने के लिए:-
• Ghee - 2 spoon
• Bay Leaves - 2
• Red Chilli - 2
• Mustard Seeds - 1/4 tsp
• Fenugreek Seeds - 1/2 tsp
• Fennel Seeds - 1/2 tsp
• Cumin - 1 tsp
• Kasoori Methi (dried Fenugreek)
• Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
• Dry Coriander - 1/2 tsp
• Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
