Hare Krishna Prabhu ji. I experienced the 3rd teaching. I was chanting Hare Krishna Maha Mantra at home but not attentively as I am the only one in family to chant. With Krishna's grace I was able to come up with a solution that I can chant simultaneously by playing Srila Prabhupada's video of chanting Hare Krishna Maha Mantra (108 times).
