Since I have been praying Mary’s Flame of Love Rosary and the Divine Mercy Chaplet everyday I don’t feel as confused about faith issues. Your videos have helped enormously to rid me of doubt. She belonged to that cadre of faithful who revered the collar as well as the habit. She would have easily been subsumed under or into that generation of piety that existed prior to Vatican II. They left the Catholic faith and instead set up the Roman Catholic belief system that gave birth to the worse errors of Islam. Jesus never taught the prayer and worship of those who had died in the faith. There were many great examples of faith like the prophets and the real virgin Mary but Jesus never taught that people should pray to them. This is what led the Muslims to accuse Christians of making Him and his mother as gods and partners of Allah. Christians and Jews are not to contact those who have died in the faith. That was the sin of Saul and the witch of Endor. It was not that Samuel was a holy man and a great example of the faith but that the law of God says not to contact those who have gone either below or to the bosom of Abraham or to heaven. So if people had followed God's instructions to distinguish between consulting the living and consulting those who have passed on, the Muslims would have much less of a chance of being believed in their accusations against Christianity.
