Hafiz Yaser Ali is an imam and attorney licensed in the states of Arizona and California, who has expertise in sharia-compliant estate planning.
In this workshop, you will learn the fundamentals of Islamic Inheritance law, be introduced to various traditional estate planning tools, and learn how to navigate two distinct legal systems and balance tax and other pragmatic considerations with religious obligations.
Imam Yaser also delves briefly into critical topics ranging from inheritance in Muslim jurisprudence to understanding the American legal system to bioethics and end-of-life concerns in Islam.
Shaykh Hafiz Yaser Ali, J.D. is a trusts & estates attorney specializing in helping American Muslims create tax-efficient, Sharia-compliant estate plans. Yaser is a graduate of U.C. Berkeley School of Law and is trained in classical Islamic Inheritance Law.
