I was experiencing negative thoughts and anxiety from my thinking of dark energy, ghosts, jinn, etc. I’ve played some Quran and was listening to this to make me snap out of it, an I’m happy to say that no matter what happens or no matter what I fear, Allah is always by my side, he will never leave you and me behind. Just for knowledge, Islam does not permit use of musical instruments with the exception of the daaf (tambourine) on Eid But yes the birdsong Allah made and the soothing recitation of the Quran are very beautiful ❤

আমাদের গ্রাম গঞ্জে বেশ কিছু অধিক ধার্মিক জ্ঞান রাখা মানুষ আছে, যারা মেডিটেশন করা ব্যক্তিকে বিধর্মী বলে আখ্যা দিয়ে দেয়, জানেই না নামাজের সঙ্গে মেডিটেশন এর বিরাট একটা গুরুত্ব আছে, দোয়া আমরা অন্য ভাবে যাকে affirmation বলে থাকি, সকালে ও রাত্রিতে এর গুরুত্ব অপরিসীম। স্বয়ং হজরত মুহাম্মদ (সাঃ )গুহাতে মেডিটেশন করতেন বহু জিনিস আছে যেগুলো আমরা গ্রামের মানুষেরা, সঠিক ভাবে জানিই না, অতএব ভেবে চিন্তে ফতোয়া দেওয়া উচিত

In this guided meditation, the reader is recitation the words of holy quran with guidance for a mental exercise. He is not singing a Michael Jackson song. It is like telling someone to stop going to an engineering school and read the quran instead. Let the sense prevail.

Thank you! I really need this kind of meditation (Islamic meditation). This meditation make me remember Allah, enter to another world for a moment and grab my attention to forget my thoughts. I need other voice to fight my own 'voice' to keep me calm, avoid overhelm and anxiety. I feel better although there are still there. I try calm myself with dhikr, try to focus on my solat but I can't. I need external help to keep my sanity intact. Breathing technique while remembering Allah is so helpful!

@@misbahailia3345 If you Yawn on somebody's face without brushing your teeth in the morning, everyone will dislike it. If you Yawn too much in your office, your boss dislikes it and will take you as a non-serious worker. There are Jinns where there is dirt, for example: in the toilet, and you don't stop using it but learn to maintain and use it with ethics. I don't know about yawning, but Allah swt even dislikes the default human nature of eating too, if you eat without manners.

This was so peaceful, usually i absolute despise meditation, after a couple of weeks of being lost in myself, irregular sleep pattern and just being all over the place I just now was like, might aswell try this, Alhamdulillah.. May Allah ﷻ reward you for the peacefulness you just brought to me.
