As efficient as jets are, I have a deep fondness for prop planes. What a sweet flight you had with Binter! Excellent report, as always.

About the quick start, they start engine 1 and engine 2 with prop brake, so the engine 2 is running but the blades are blocked, then they set the brake off and the prop starts dancing.

Do try SQ or MH . Its only a 45 min flight KUL - SIN or a 50 min flight PEN- SIN. A snack is served Something in lukewarm pastry, plus tea/coffee. Alas, no cappucino.Ah, SQ!!

AviationLSZR because about 1/3 of tourists are from Germany. If you’re add Austria and Switzerland you might end up with 40-50% native german speaking tourist.
