Otis and I spent our 16th year wedding anniversary THE untraditional way! We stayed at Island Oaks RV resort in Glenn Saint Mary, Florida. It was Everything we expected and more. Come see a full video of how we spent our time at this wonderful RV Resort.

Stuffed Shells Recipe:
Disclaimer: I’m an old school cook so measurements may vary!
Box Jumbo Shells
1 Jar of Sauce ( your choice)
Sausage (roll)
Small Package of Ground Beef
15oz Ricotta Cheese
2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 Parmesan Cheese
Boursin Cheese ( “The Secret Ingredient”)
1 egg
Parsley
S&P
Boil shells util Al Dente, cook sausage and ground beef. Mix all ingredients together stuff mixture in shells then cover with foil bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes then remove foil add mozzarella cheese on top bake for 5-10 min.

Just came back from a week at Island Oaks and loved it so much better than margaritaville ...there was so much to do, bingo, karaoke, a great band, trivia...beach , hot tub, pool !!

Happy Anniversary 2 you Guys! Can I ask did you pull your truck or drive it? If you pulled it could you do a video on that in the future and how hard it was and price wise for gas. I am researching Rving myself for me and my hubby one day, so information from down to earth couples like you guys is great. I've been trying to talk my wife into at least renting a travel trailer or trying a class a I have a Silverado. Also, did you start pacifically with the class A or did you work your way up from a class a or did you start with a travel trailer or fifth wheel?
