Ahhh , another fine example of living in paradise . As I watched the shark waiting for handouts from cleaning the unicorn fish , It reminded me of having cook outs and the neighborhood dogs coming by for scraps .Thanks for sharing .

You can grill the unicorn straight on the fire, the skin is its own Dutch Oven and the intestines are medicinal/when cooked, its very moist

We call that fish Tàtàgà on Guam. And yes it's very good eats, straight on the bbq. The outer skin will peel right off. Thanks for sharing 🤙🏽

An EXCELLENT Grilling Fish. My Language we call it Ta'ta'ga. Grill over open coals Skin on, I. prefer to wrap the Body, with foil. Then make a finadenne, using white distill vinegar, salt, slice onions and red peppers. Learned from elders growing up that the innards are a delicacy. GUAM.

Fran to make the coconut oil you have to grater the meat inside the dry coconut and then you have to squeeze the milk out of the grated coconut and boil it until you see it turns oil, but you have to let it boils down, just a little tip on making the oil fran.
