Landed in the Isle of Man for the 2023 Tourist Trophy & we headed up to the mountain for my first ever run over it!

What a great run... .i have been over probably close to 1000 times but really enjoyed this video. For the 1st time over you did perfect , great lines , sticking to the left , checking your mirrors , and sounded like you were having a great time. And how you managed a run with zero traffic on a perfect day!!! Wow :-) Hope you are back in 2024 , give a wave to the "simply lovey" t-shirt boys if you see us 👊

Appreciate that - thank you! Yeah got super lucky with the few videos I did and very very low traffic. Made for a nice ride over without worrying too much. Video 2 is my favourite 👍 Definitely will 🙌.

If you can't get to the TT don't forget the Manx Grand Prix. Same course similar bikes but the riders are amateurs and it's just as gobsmacking

We sit at Guthrie’s every year. Unreal experience man. We’re from Ballymoney home of the legendary dunlops. Was gutted when Michael’s patton shit herself 😭 hope you enjoyed brother!

Yes I bet that is some experience seeing the boys come over there at full tilt - I was worried about being landlocked up the mountain this year but heading up there on the enduros next year to witness it! Same, I was really rooting for Michael to hit the 26, there would have been some scenes in town after that! Loved it bro and be back every year now 💯🏍️

@@quickshiftpov watching Michael come over on Stuart and Steve’s blade on the opening super bike race was like nothing I’ve ever ever experienced before. Man it was beautiful. The Bull was fully committed but then again it’s Michael so are you really surprised 🤣

This is the GoPro hero11 with media mod.. some very minor post-editing touches before uploading to KZfaq mate. I try to keep it as simple as possible

thanks, simple is what I’m looking for mate, is the mic a standard in-helmet ? Hoping to do TT next year too, thats how I came across your channel, cheers for sharing, enjoyed watching

@@LoveJJ70 no it's just the media mod attachment that goes around the case.. its worth it's weight like works a treat. I have a lavalier mic setup but don't use it as prefer the raw pick up of the bike without the commentary from me shouting at dumb drivers 🤣🤣

First time I ever rode the one way there was a builders van with ladders on the roof trundling along causing a mobile chicane. How no one put their bike through the back doors I never knew.

Yeah there were a few horror stories that were going around the campsites when we were there.. luckily I had very quiet runs over for the most part!

how lucky was your timing! couple of cars but apart from that an empty run! it always seemed pretty mobbed when i went over it , great experience though

Yeah weirdly enough my next video is the same that's uploading and the 3rd run to the bungalow just until the last bit before the road was shut. Certainly helped make the experience calmer 🤣

@@quickshiftpov nice I’ll give it a watch when it’s up , my first time over it was after doing the whole lap of the track and honestly it was mayhem I was in the petrol station after feeling like I had shell shock from the war 🤣 soon got used to the faster guys blowing past at 170+ though ..even though I crashed on my last run I have already booked next year 🤙🏻🤣

@@GoonRider88 absolutely class isn't it.. yeah one of our guys comes past me at a rate of knots and I was like yeah I'm done with this 675 🤣 great fun though on the Twisties! Ah man, everything ok hopefully little damage to the bike? There's a crash in the next video, lad on a hayabusa luckily he was ok.

@@quickshiftpov did you hear about the porsche ? I went off the same place , 33rd Mile stone , considering how far the bike went off it wasn’t to bad and I was just bruised up and lost some skin 🤣 luckily had the go pro on so I’ll upload it at some point ..was the busa going fast ?
