Sir, there are some differences from obsoleted BS OHSAS18001 as: ISO 45001 is process-based - OHSAS 18001 was procedure-based ISO 45001 is dynamic in all clauses - OHSAS 18001 was not ISO 45001 considers both risk & opportunities - OHSAS 18001 dealt exclusively with risk ISO 45001 includes the views of interested parties - OHSAS 18001 did not. so #ISO45001 is stand-alone OHSMS standard now.

Excellent. What about total passing marks? Also pls clarify if a question has five answers (options) and 4 are correct and one is wrong then whole question will be marked as false 80% marks of that question will be awarded.

ISO is process based that means it’s broader approach to achieve an outcome in a series of (risk-based) steps, while a procedure approach is a specific set of instructions for completing a particular task WITHIN a process.

A nonconformity is a non-fulfilment of a requirement of the OH&S management system and or a legal requirement eg. no risk register. Clause 10.2 deals with it. If Register is available but some areas are ignored then it may be minor. Also Minor NC becomes major after repeat.
