Clause 5 - Leadership, Sub Clause 5.2 - Policy, Sub Sub Clause 5.2.1 - Establishing the quality policy. Is it “Establishing” or “Developing”? Which one is correct?

+Md. Samsul Arifin Thanks for the question. As I'm sure you know, what is literally correct in the English version is: establish, implement and maintain. I would not get hung up on the words but ask, what is the intent, the spirit of the Standard? Surely it is to have a quality policy that is appropriate, useful for setting quality objectives and worded in such a way that it motivates management and staff continually to meet and exceed customer expectations. If you have that, nobody cares whether the quality policy was 'established' or 'developed', least of all a good auditor.

Thanks for your question. No, they do not simply equate to the same thing. You can have a Quality Management System (QMS) without having ISO 9001:2015 certification. ISO 9001:2015 certification means that your QMS is certified as meeting all the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 international standard that are applicable to your business. I believe in in full faith that this committee and this group is is is establishing nothing but better standard what's the time in shaping a country established in based on God that has gone to ruin, be turned around with your help!
