Hi yall. I passed the certification training but my advice is to not rely on this video alone! hahaha. The exam included three scenario type questions and you had to analyze whether it was a Non-Conformance or Opportunity for Improvement... and then identify which ISO clause related to it..

Dear Friend Namaste, take following points as improvement points on your presentation. 1. make subject straight and keep CRISP. this will help to hold the audience. 2. Don't put too many animation, which distracts and feels to leave the site as early as possible. 3. Please don't BEG for "Subscription and to click on BELL ICON" for WHOLE duration of VIDEO. Please remember, you hold a teacher's position when you are sharing the knowledge. AND "TEACHERS SHOULD NOT BEG " . Else, it is good efforts....
