ISO 9001 QMS (Quality Management System) is risk-based. Implementing this management system in conformity with ISO 9001 encourages organizations to look at all possible sources whether coming from the enterprise level, departments and process-specific risks. To better implement risk management in ISO 9001, ISO also published risk management guidelines in ISO 31000 and IEC 31010 risk assessment techniques.

I have issue with understanding the language of Ted. He didn't speak English most of the time. You know how it feels when you are missing out on some things in the lecture because you don't understand language.
