Yeah, I play neon because she is fun but I generally get too wrapped up in having fun bunny hopping and Zipline bouncing around and my win rate with her is like 38% in comparison to some of the agents I'm actually good at who are 60+%

Another way is just to run to the right or left, they usallly expect you to wait in the back for the walls to go down, so you can get out and a free kill you can even do this if you are the one who ulted

Fellow iso mains, the neon can be beat with a simple counter in your ult, you need two things: 1. A phantom 2. Good target acquisition. You only need to hit him once to slow him down, let the RoF of the phantom take care of the rest.
