I've been watching a few videos, from a lot of educational backgrounds and this is the only explanation that uses terms that are both educational and easy to understand. You are a great one. You can make something really complicated simple to understand. I appreciate you

Thank you Paula for a very clear and simple explanation. It is true, as you say, that in yoga all the asanas (poses) are physically static (isometric). However, the isotonic principles are used in yoga in the many transitions between postures.

Bless you for putting these videos together. I had two wonderful teachers for A&P1 and 2 but 3 is the toughest round of information, with the least engaging teacher. You clearly have a gift for teaching!
