@@Cutsman562 well Adesanya doesn't lose or gain weight, he just steps in and he is already on weight.. Verlinden probably dehydrated himself and as soon as he weighed in, he probably started drinking a load of water and eating alot of food. Making him heavier the next day. Pro fighters can lose up to 30lbs in a week, it's mental. But it's also very unhealthy, and I personally consider it cheating.

Dutch Kickboxing is ahead of its time. Most great kickboxers were mostly Dutch or Dutch Moroccans (K-1 and GLORY). MMA is simply just not popular here so people pick up kickboxing as the main fighting sport. That’s why the kickboxing leaderboards are full of Dutch people while there are barely any dutch fighters in high division MMA organisations such as UFC/Bellator/OneFC aside maybe (currently) Jairzinho Rozenstruik in the UFC and Melvin Manhoef in Bellator

Even though obviously Izzy has improved ten fold, he still struggles with the same kind of fighters. If you try and make the fight pretty, you can simply not beat this guy. I love them both and can’t really say who’ll win but i will say that if Izzy wins, It’ll 90 percent will be by decision or if Costa wins it’ll be by tko or ko.

i'm confident he only stays at LH cause in HW he would get smashed, against tall opponent he has trouble. And it's about time for some1 to correct him, he is too cocky for the boring fights he gives. If he is who he says he is, why didn't he KO yoel, he basically lost that, just UFC policy is to support mouthy young champions. Also why they pushed Costa up too. It's all about image and marketing, they have to be good fighters too ofcourse.

cj18 what did he say about Adesanya that’s wrong? He has fought and won many heavyweight kickboxing fights, including at least one heavyweight tournament that I know of.

Loved this fight like crazy. Some serious ass whooping for Izzy. Totally outclassed by Filip. Seemed to be outweighed as well. Ripped izzy's left leg apart. He could hardly throw any kicks from the 3rd round onwards.
