Palki, if it isn't fair to try a child for a death, is it fair for a child to drive a car without a license? In my opinion, anyone who commits an "adult crime", should be tried as a adult. If you think are old enough to drink alcohol, you must face the consequences that come with it. In addition, in cases of minors driving vehicles without licences, it should be mandatory to charge the owner of the vehicle with statutory child abuse and the parents/guardians with negligence. There are already laws currently punishing adults with statutory rape even if the underaged person was a willing partner.

There seems to be a lot of these helicopters crashing and killing people in the past few years. I remember Kobe Bryant, his daughter, the pilot and many others riding with them crashing and losing their lives in a modern, well maintained helicopter flown in a bad weather condition. Then a few months ago, a wealthy Nigerian banker came to the United States and made it safely. However, as the banker, his colleagues and family member embarked on a journey to another U.S. state, from California, they crashed from the well maintained , newer helicopter!!! A few years back, a beloved Caribbean pastor (Dr. Monroe) with his wife, the pilot, and others also perished in a helicopter crash. I believe there are a few other helicopters crashes around the world in resent years. It seems the helicopter is increasingly becoming the most dangerous mode of transportation in the world!!!

How many hours on the main rotor? How many hours on the turbine? The airframe? Was there water in the fuel? Sand in the fuel? Was there a crack in the main rotor blade that resulted in a catastrophic failure? Who was the pilot? Co pilot? Did they runout of fuel??????????

Can you imagine that the Helicopter carring the Iranian President was out of date with the modern realities.
