An alleged Israeli strike on a school sheltering displaced Palestinian families in Central Gaza killed several people on July 6. Israeli soldiers claim to have located and demolished several tunnel shafts and booby traps while battling gunmen in Gaza City’s Shejaiya camp. A new television report on July 6, nine months after Hamas’ October 7 attack, revealed more details about the failures of Israel’s Military Intelligence. Israelis took to the streets on July 7 to mark nine months since the October 7 attack, burning tyres to block main highways across the country and holding memorials.
